Most of their equipment for sports is old, broken, damaged, or simply not operable. The second floor restroom is always dirty and some machines are broken and it's been like that for months. The manager should take care of this issues but instead he remains in his office doing nothing. The most important section in the rek is the basketball courts, which is cool. But the staff is running a circus, not a gym.
