Jon was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about what they could realistically do. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. I was concerned because the dent was in a very visible area, and I wasn't sure if it would ever look the same again. From the first phone call, the team was professional, responsive, and honest about the repair process. They arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the damage, and explained exactly what they were going to do. The results were incredible. The dent is completely gone, and the door looks factory new again. If I didn't know where the damage had been, I would never be able to find it. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, especially considering this was a white Tesla where imperfections can be easy to spot in certain lighting. What impressed me most was their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in their work. It's clear they are true experts in paintless dent repair. Then earlier this year, I was dumb and scratched up the front passenger side of my front bumper and fender on the side of the garage. That's when I started looking around for repair shops and how much it would cost. Had no clue that mobile dent and scratch repair was a thing! What a life saver because I definitely didn't want to leave my car at a shop for days and worry about whether it would be secure or not. After submitting pictures of the damage and filling out the form online, they sent back an estimate fairly quickly with a reasonable price. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks when I called to make an appointment. Also, they do have an actual auto body shop in Henderson but I decided to stick with their convenient mobile service. Israel and his wife showed up on time and finished everything within 3 hours right in our driveway. They did a excellent job and my car pretty much looked brand new! They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that there was a small part of my bumper that wasn't worked on, but they did do their best to do a "touch up." I guess this area was not included in the estimate. Just to be clear, I'm not blaming anyone. I think one problem that arises from providing pictures vs having someone inspect the damage in person for quotes can lead to some minor miscommunication. However, the major scratches that were very obvious were taken care of, so I'm happy. Overall they did a good job and were very responsive so I definitely recommend Bumper Buddies!
