Knowledgeable and skilled, plus this guy knows his limits. I carry a $1000 dollar deductible on my truck. I was very unhappy when somebody backed their larger vehicle into mine while it was parked in a local lot. I ended up needing to fix a large dent out of my own pocket because the other driver didn't bother to own up to damaging my truck. The first question Dave asked me was the year, make and model of the truck. As soon as I told him it was a 2016 Ford F150 he informed me that most aluminum bodies don't respond very well with his technique. I really appreciated his honesty. He also told me that the damaged aluminum would not corrode like tradition vehicular alloys so there really was no urgency to get the dent repaired, even thought it was unsightly. I told him that I understood but that I would be willing to let him give it a try-I figured I didn't have much to lose since I would most certainly end up spending a thousand bucks at a body shop anyhow. Dave showed me how to order my own touch-up paint. Once I got the paint I brought my truck over to Dave's and let him work on it for a few hours. I did not have great expectations, based on our aluminum discussion, but I nonetheless was quite impressed with the result. The dent is far less noticeable now. I realize I could have gotten a better result if I had been willing to spend $1000 of my own money plus whatever the insurance company would pay to a traditional body shop, but this repair ended up costing me $100, so I think the tradeoff made sense. Given that I drive quite a bit year-round I will not be surprised if I somehow end up sustaining future damage to my vehicle, so I really can't afford repeat trips to the body shop for damage that will usually exceed $1000. My family members drive non-aluminum cars and each one is insured with a $1000 deductible. In the event one of them sustains a dent I will absolutely bring it to Dave first before I get a body shop involved. read more

I sent a text with photos of the damage to my hood and passenger fender to Dave around 10pm. With the late hour, I just expected to receive a reply the following day. Within 30 minutes of that text message, Dave responded. He asked questions regarding my vehicle and for a few additional photos to discuss the damage. The following morning, he followed up with a phone call. It was a Friday and his schedule was full but, I was able to meet with him that Monday and to say his attention to detail and work was exceptional, would be an understatement of his talent. Dave is a perfectionist and in looking at my car? The dents, door dings and parking lot hits that my car endured? They are completely gone, my car looks new. I had previously taken my vehicle to a body shop and was told that my expenses would be in excess of a $1500. The body shop recommended that I find a Dent Removal company.
