I ordered half shaft for my can am and got a used not useable ,called talked to Devon and Sent him pictures and was told he'd send a new one out , waited a week called him back was told can am would warranty it again told him there was never a warranty issue I need a half shaft and paid almost 300.00 for one was told to bad he's not doing anything about it so I set with a can am that's no use and a junk axle that was sent to me as new. with this kind of service i would rethink buying another can am if this is how they treat there customers I have the receipt for a new one and pictures of it Sorry to say this was never a can am problem but myself trying and paying for a axle I never got

Was going to buy a tire for my 95 Harley Sportster but they said the bike was too old to put one…read moreon. Maybe I should have went to a Chevy or Ford dealer instead of a motorcycle place . Sad

So, I bought a bike from Xtreme in Brilliant. I've been going through a debacle to get the jet kit…read moreinstalled on it... their service department spent 4 hrs on it, said okay, we installed it, fired her up, pop pop pop... I was like, you're not done. Did you sync them? (We didn't separate the carbs from each other)... Alright, did you adjust the a/f ratio? (The order just said to install a jet kit)... Yeah, adjusting the a/f screw is part of installing one. (Well, you'll have to talk to the gm) Talked to the gm. (Okay, we'll do it)... 2 more hours pass. (It's ready to go). I fire her up. Pop pop pop... I look at the place where the a/f is located. Still has the plug on it. You didn't adjust it... (same old excuse) I go to the gm again. Then they give me a ride home and tell me that they'll deliver it finished the next day. They finally bring it to me around 7pm... The gm is like they took the plugs out, see its right there. I go, that's the float bowl drain screw... the a/f still has the plug on it. He's like really? I say yeah... he's like well at least it's in your more than capable hands now. Think and let me know what I can do to make it right and let me know... So I come up with let me get a quote from p&p of what they would charge and you reimburse me. They then say you'll need to talk to the higher up gm about that. I'm so livid with their service department!!!!

Stopped in a few days ago, and found out that this business is no longer EagleRider motorcycle…read morerentals. They are now Ural Pittsburgh, and they sell and service Ural Motorcycles (made in Russia). Even though I was just browsing, I was treated like a valued customer, and was given lots of information about these unusual motorcycles. I thought they were very cool, as they all had sidecars and most were two-wheel drive. There were lots of various models in the showroom, with lots of options, colors, and accessories available. Cheers!

Well first off, this was a online/phone sale. So I have zero information or comments about the…read morephysical dealership itself. For the most part, I did all my research ahead of time, and only reached out to the dealership with a few questions and then was ready to buy! My salesperson was Mike Purtell, for the whole process. Along with a couple of emails to Jen in finance. Gotta say, Mikes very easy to speak to, seems to have solid knowledge of the sidecars and enjoys helping out the customer! A very pleasant shopping experience! I was extremely happy that this was not the usual "nickel & dime" ya to death experience. Their website list the price, shows the discounts, and if you do the math? It all adds up correctly! I have to say I really thought the paperwork portion of this, was super smooth! Since the bike was being shipped to me, all the paperwork arrived via Fed Ex. Which was really nice! I was able to get the bike registered and plated, long before it actually was delivered. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and the staff at Ural of Pittsburgh! I hope to visit someday in person!
