I'm usually very iffy about going to places I've never been before or that haven't been recommended…read moreto me, but I knew I needed new tires soon. I saw an ad for Fix Go, checked the reviews, and decided to give it a shot. This location was one of the install options, and honestly, Fix Go prices aside, I think this is my new go-to shop. The tire delivery was super quick, and scheduling the install was insanely easy. When I arrived, the lobby was pretty full, which actually made me feel better seeing how busy they were. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. I also appreciated that when I paid cash and they didn't have the exact change, the guy told me not to worry about the small bill. Since the service was so great, I asked him to give it to the tech as a tip instead, which he gladly did. Overall, great service, honest employees, fair pricing, and quick work. I'll definitely be back.

Long story short, this place was able to get the job done, and I'm glad I came here. Talk about having a rough month! My other vehicle had a tire blowout, and I was also in the market for EV tires. That's when I learned that "EV tires" can be a bit of a gimmick; shhhh, don't tell everyone! What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward this place was about pricing and service. No unnecessary pressure, just good information and quality work. Speaking of service, the employees here work hard, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and willing to share their experiences and knowledge about the location. Aaron and Scott do a great job representing this place, but honestly, all of the employees deserve recognition. In my opinion, this place does it all. Great service, fair pricing, knowledgeable employees, and a team that actually seems to care about helping their customers. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I've been going to this place for years. They offer great service at a great price. Recently, I…read morewent in to balance the tires on my car because of a serious vibration issue on the freeway. The balancing didn't work, but the guys at Grand Tire had no problem with balancing it again just in case something went wrong the first time. When it still didn't work, the owner Scott went out of his way to get it fixed. He even went with me on the freeway to see how it was vibrating. Turns out it was the foam inside of the tire (EV tire) which had come loose, so it didn't matter how it was balanced it would still vibrate. With the foam removed, everything was good. Scott and the crew went above and beyond and I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have to be honest, I was really disappointed with the service I received here. I brought my…read morevehicle in for a four-wheel alignment and was told everything was good to go. However, I was not given any alignment report showing the before-and-after measurements for toe, camber, caster, etc. About a month later, I started noticing a strange noise coming from the front of the vehicle, so I took it to a different alignment shop to have it checked. They told me the vehicle was badly out of alignment and that the wheels were significantly toed in. I was able to see the alignment measurements myself, which was very frustrating after having just paid for an alignment. I understand I could have asked more questions and requested the alignment report at the time, but I trusted that the job had been done correctly. Unfortunately, based on what the second shop found, I don't feel that was the case. Very disappointed with the service and expected much better, especially considering how highly this place is recommended.

Overall, the experience felt pushy and untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend this place or trusting Peter.
