I didn't realize at the time just how much heat was being used on my hair -- but now I know. Because my hair is thick, they used a lot of heat, and I'm really disappointed that I might have to start my natural hair journey all over again. I wanted a mani while she got a haircut, but the mani person wasn't there that day. I found that a lot when trying to find a salon to do both services.
