Extremely disappointed. Made an appointment online through their scheduling system about 6 days prior to appointment. The morning of appointment I called an hour before to confirm and left a message as no one answered. After arriving and sitting for a few minutes I was told my stylist, Melissa, would not be in that day. I said I called earlier to confirm why didn't I receive a call back. The other stylists apologized and offered their services later in the week as they didn't know when the owner would be back. Nice offer but not the point. The owner/stylist should have notified patrons she would not be in before they made a trip there. I was looking for a new stylist but didn't find it here. read more

Heather looked at my hair, understood the problem, gave careful thought to what was needed and delivered a beautiful cut and fantastic color! The color before Heather got involved was way to dark for my complexion. Heather knew what I needed and my hair looks AMAZING! I highly recommend this salon AND especially Heather.
