I bought their promo for Lash extension service and did an advance appointment. When I got there, there were NO Proper Care Provided at all! When I laid down the treatment bed, we straight right away WITHOUT proper assessment and expert explanation prior to placing the extensions, the technician placed this very sticky tape under my eyes which hurt me during the removal process, Specially the Adhesive/Glue they used irritated my eyes and made me uncomfortable. The technician just leaves me in the middle of the process when someone is coming in their salon, very unprofessional but perhaps as well you might Take into consideration the Lack of Staffs in the salon. Only two staffs there when I came in. I tried contacting the main branch But got NO Response at all.
I thought it was normal for my eyes to get irritated and itchy the first time But this morning, it really bothered me that I came to realize, the system MESSED UP!! it was not the fault of people working there at Extensions, BUT the Management Itself was the problem.

Ganito ba talaga magwork ang Xtensions ma pa Promo period or Regular days man?? YUNG REGULAR na GLAM EE is nasa 1200php eh. Hindi naman worth 1200php ang Service. I find it VERY CHEAP and UNPROFESSIONAL.
