    I been looking for the BMW 340xi and have received many quotes from other dealers and other leasing company's . From all the places I contacted , Lusien gave me the best deal for the specific package and trim I wanted . I went in their on a Friday and took care of the paper work the same day and received my car Monday . Lusien kept me updated on everything and every minor detail that was going on . Never am I going back to dealers again. You made me a very happy customer , and I'll be back very soon ! There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.

Engaged them for a Jeep that I never received and now I am stuck chasing down a way to have a hard inquiry removed from my credit report. They don't care how their incompetence affects their customers. Do yourself a favor and go directly to dealerships. Not sure the benefit of using their services, they can't clearly articulate that either. I engaged TriState Auto Leasing for a Jeep based on a recommendation of stellar service. I hesitated going through a third party but was sold on the fact that they would make the process easier on me. NOPE. I had to do all of my own research to identify the make and model of my desired vehicle. After I did the legwork, sent them a window sticker from Jeep's website with the exact specs of what I wanted. They took this information to "find my vehicle", which was on Jeep's website for anyone to find, and they came back and showed me a window sticker for the Jeep I was getting which was the wrong model. I had to point that out to them and they had to go back to start. They contacted a Jeep dealership and submitted my information to Chrysler Capital and then came up with excuses over the course of weeks as to why they didnt have a vehicle for me. It was delayed being shipped, it was sold to someone else but mind you, I could have went directly to Jeep locations in New York which is what I should have done. This is indicative that Jeep doesn't even want to deal with them. After weeks of excuses, they just stopped replying and my life with a Jeep is on hold. Months later and I am still trying to clean up my credit reports. Perhaps they just stopped replying to me because they have no idea what to do but at least they should show clients some decency with a phone call. Maybe they will point their finger at Jeep or Chrysler Capital but as they were my point of contact, they should be assisting their customer. For the last few months I have been calling, emailing and mailing letters to Jeep and Chrysler Capital for assistance. I have never worked so hard for someone to take my money.

    In a word: ABYSMAL…read more Hopefully, I will never have to use them again. The customer service was terrible. I would have to call four and five times to get through to the service department. I never got through. I would have to call sales and ask them to transfer me. The service was equally disappointing. I came there with a faulty DCM. The first time I bought it in, they disconnected the DCM from the satellite. Two weeks later my battery died again. I brought it back and was told by a very rude and impatient customer service person that the problem was fixed. That the problem was a disconnected wire or something and I could pick up the car. When I went to pick up the car, I met a very nice but uninformed (I'm being polite here) customer service representative sho said that they were ordering another DCM for me but she didn't know why I was told that I could pick up the car. I had to take the car to drive to a new job in Chicago. If I was told that the car was not ready I would have made other plans. I had no choice but to take the car which she said was "fine." The car would run. I realized about a half hour later that my backup camera was disconnected and noticed wires hanging from the drivers side. I made it to Chicago somehow and took up to another Subaru dealer who told me that the DCM was indeed bad and that they disconnected a bunch of stuff when disconnecting the bad DCM. They are replacing the DCM and correcting all the problems Bay Ridge Subaru created. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO) The Subaru mechanic in Chicago said the wiring inside was a "hot mess." A manager at BayRidge texted me a survey. I sent her the above letter and she NEVER RESPONDED to my concerns. She ghosted me after I followed up on email and text. So after you get crappy service don't expect anyone in management to give a damn. You have been warned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
