We originally ordered a tent with 4 round tables, 4 round table cloths, and 40 chairs. We agreed on delivery for Saturday between 8 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Our party began at 4:00 p.m., so we didn't see any type of urgency. Delivery arrived at approximately 1:45 p.m....45 minutes late from the latest possible time. I must say the two employees who showed up to set up the equipment were complete gentlemen and hard workers. I could sense their frustration that they were tired and overworked. We were their last stop of the day. Our order ended up being 4 rectangular tables with 4 round table cloths. Think about that for a second...it didn't work. Since we were the last stop of the day for the workers, everything we had ordered was gone from the truck. The workers busted their butt and safely and securely put up the tent. We were told they would come back on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. to pick up the equipment. They came back on Monday at 2:00 pm. Same gentlemen who installed took it away. I give 5 stars to the workers but 2 stars for the overall experience.

They do not honor their business hours which are clearly posted on their storefront. My husband tried to return 20 chairs on a Monday before 5pm (their posted closing time) and they had closed early. An agreement was then made to come back that Thursday but they were unwilling to stay till 5pm although this situation wasn't our fault since they closed early on Monday. Monique instructed me that if they stayed 20 extra minutes, we would have to pay her employee's salary for the 20 mins she stayed! Where have you heard such a thing? Is it even legal? We just wanted to give these chairs back but we were being charged for employee salaries and were even threatened with attorney proceedings. Yes, attorney proceedings from a chair rental store. It's a shame because we like to support local businesses but this was such a distasteful experience. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. If you are a working family, please avoid!! They are only there half of the time they claim on their storefront business hours. And if you don't abide by their short schedules, you will get sued!

I'm writing this as a guest at an event that was held here. My middle school friend had her bridal…read moreshower here. The place was nicely decorated. It's not a big venue but it was comfortable for the (about) 50 guests that were there. It was enough space for us to play bridal games and dance. The bathroom was clean and had all the essentials. The only negative thing was the kitchen area I guess you can call it. The food that were served (buffet-style) wasn't that hot. Not sure how they warmed it up but something was lacking to provide enough heating for the food. Other than that, I would totally hold a small gathering event here. The location is easy to find and plenty of street parking

I had my wedding done by this event planner and day of wedding coordination services on 11/10/2019…read more I will not say that Faith was the worst, but what I will say is that her services need to be clarified down to the very last detail. Being that you hire an event planner, you would think the hard part is done, but no this was not the situation with this event planning business. I took on responsibilities of ordering napkins (she didn't have my color navy), my welcome sign, the seating charts. ALL of this was discussed with Faith prior, as in arrangements etc. The point of entry was completely bare! She had the nerve to tell me this was my responsibility ! As if I should have went out and decorated it myself (because I showed pics and we agreed on the "look") in addition my welcome Sign was just posted up on the floor ! It was so disappointing, in addition my guest book was completely forgotten. I mean it was just mistake after mistake, mind you I paid damn near $4k for these services ! In addition she had my matron of honor coordinating things on the day of the wedding, like where was your assistant?! Wtf! To make matters worse when I told her all my concerns they were met with EXCUSES and a bs apology that really just felt like an "oh well". So beware, she will never be available, barely responds to text, and always has to leave before a certain time. She wasn't even available for the wedding rehearsal. If you still decide to go with this vendor just be aware that you will have to stay on top of her and constantly remind her of your wants!
