I get there and they were both working on other people's nails which is fine I was patient and respectful and this other lady was there for a 1 o'clock appointment. She got seated before me and I still did not say anything. Once I was finally seated at 1:15pm all he did was drill my nails a little bit and then continue to work on the other ladies nails he stil has not finished. He then tells me how he's going to be late for his next appointment asking me to come back at 6 because the nails I wanted were going to take some time. After I made appointment I understand I was 8 minutes late. It took him about 45 minutes to even seat me. I then explained how I would just get a regular color and the lady that works there started talking Chinese rolling her eyes yelling at making faces. They both started to ignore me as I explained to them my concern. They kept ignoring me and he kept working on the other girls nails. I will never go back there again. Talk about customer service also being unorganized as 2 individuals run a business. Wasted a whole hour of my time on a Saturday which is literally my only day off. It was just unbelievable please don't go here .
