If I could give it less than one I would. We came in and purchased a few things and they told us our card wasn't reading Bc of their system. They ran it twice and then asked us to pay cash. We did. I then saw the transaction on my bank statement twice And I contacted them. I was cool about the situation Bc accidents happen. But when they start giving you the run around on refunding their mistake for months. Meh. The customer service is hit or miss. The selection is like harwin with one or two brand names. It smells a little funky and they hype up everything but I mean if you need papers. Cool go ahead. read more

I came here to by a disposable Fuego vape, and when I got home and tried it, the vape wasn't working. The blue light in the bottom wasn't working. So I headed back up there to see if they could at least give me a new working one, and to my surprise they DIDN'T! They told me to take it up with the Manufacturer like really?! You guys are tripping over 7$?! Sad and bad for business. Shoutout to the Smoke Shops that actually care about their people! They are not deserved to be given even one star. I've came here to get charcoal after purchasing I tried to use them but it smelled like a shit. I've explained that issue clearly, but they didn't pay attention. They gave me another box, I tried this box also and had the same issue. This place has probably some of the most fair prices on authentic pieces in Houston. The employees are super patient and will help you , and they have knowledge of their product. This is not one of the every other corner type of smoke shop. They aren't trying to rip you off and sell you something 200% markup or fake. Good store fair prices multiple locations. This place is a joke. The workers and owner act polite and kind, however all their stuff is garbage and they are just trying to take your money. I bought 1 piece (for concentrates), used a regular blow torch on it, and the glass tip melts completely on the first use..... I go to return it or exchange it for a different one (literally within 30 minutes) and he can't even do that he says. So he calls the owner up and he tells me he can sell me another one that cost $50 but for $25. I say alright cool at least this looks better quality and comes in an actual box so it should be good. Pay him and leave. Now on to try the 2nd piece for the first time, I use the blow torch on it and it works like a charm. Alright nice I think, lets do another one, go to light the metal tip..........CRACK!!!! The area where the glass fits around the metal nail literally shatters and the glowing nail and glass fall onto my lap and I try not to get burned. I don't even bother going back to the shop because the yayhoo at the counter is just going to speak nonsense for 10 minutes. Then he will say he can't do anything because it's been used (instead of just replacing my piece like a good business would). In short, I would not trust this place again and would advise you to avoid this place when trying to buy stuff for concentrates in the least. I'm pretty sure the owner buys reject pieces and stuff that is not made correctly. read more

I expend 400 dollars in cbd vaporizer, and they stop working 4 hours after bought it, They didn't change the vaporizer instead they told me to send it to the manufacturer, the worst coastuner service post sale in USA .... the worst part all the vaporizar are chinese ..... watch out about those products in this store, the cbd juice its good but the hardware to vaporizer are the worst in houston, if you cant i recommend another smoke shop to buy hardware. read more
