I was assisted by one of the managers there, Ceasar. I had no idea what the problem was,but Ceasar jumped right in and was able to diagnose it. From there he worked about 25 minutes to fix it,and it wasn't an easy task. He took the time out to help me and did it with a great attitude. Afterwards, he cleaned my vape out,put it back together, and made a great recommendation on an E-juice. Because of this, I will always come back to this shop. They've got great products, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and literally the best customer service I've ever received in a smoke shop. Thanks again,Ceasar!

The Black Friday opening was a complete mess, the Advertisement flyer was misleading and the…read moreManager cared not when asked about it. The young employee allowed 4 people who stayed in their car ahead of everyone while 30+ rest of us sat or stood in line like expected. What the hell was that about? Literally everyone in line was speaking up and rightfully upset primarily because your position in line determined your discount %. Well these 4 kids who got to cut in front of everybody took myself and 2 family members out of the 90% off(I'll come back to this) discount for being the first 10 people. So I was pissed AND the employee didn't address this to anyone, he literally ignored us all regarding this matter when he came out to hand tickets out. I finally get into the store after standing/sitting outside for 2.5hrs(I mention this to further emphasize those 4 kids just chilling in their car) now I'm in the 75% off bracket. Now I am being told that the discount only applies to a separate purchase after a qualifying $50 or more 1st purchase. This was NOT how the advertisement was worded or indicated, it clearly said discount only applies to the purchase of 1 item $50 or more. Manager simply said "Nope," nothing more. So myself and 2 other customers who were going to spend their own money(the 2 family members) promptly turned around and left. All 3 of us were there to buy new device kits and expensive CBD juice, we weren't just trying to get 90% off on the minimum $50 and take advantage. However, the Manager didn't get that far enough with me nor did her care enough to ask if there was anything he could do.

Employee Nikki/nicole he/she was so disrespectful and willing to throw any ugly comments he/she had all because I have a Louis Vuitton bag and I can clearly afford the up price instead of the regular price which he showed was $20 and I was confused he upsold it for $30. then when I asked him/her to call the owner they pretended too then proceeded with dishonesty and when I was walking out he/she caused a huge seen. Luckily he walked away in one piece being the evil person he was . This shop is not recommended if employees treat customers as prices due to their purse or something they wear to over charge them and then continue with a scene. However he is Never there and there are some employees that have zero customer service skills. So the reason I'm never going back is because tonight I went there to purchase an 8th. The girl behind the counter tells me that they don't do eights they only sell grams, but they have buy 3 and get the 4th free. Solid, I tell her I'll do that. I came home and looked at what she gave me and kind of questioned if it was 4 grams. So I pull my scale and it is 2.9! I could forgive the .1 that is an easy one to happen, but to straight up not give me the free gram is a joke. I checked my receipt and sure enough it is rung up as 3 grams and then it shows a 4th gram for free. I understand it was free so I didn't lose money. The point is I went in with the intention to get 3.5 grams originally so I still ended up losing how much herb I wanted to have. I'm just counting it as a loss. It is not worth the gas to go back for some so so herb.

They know when to back off if you just want to browse and look around, but they're there right away if you need help looking at something up close, or have any questions about the glass. They're extremely knowledgeable too! For most of their nicer pieces they'll be able to answer questions about where it's from too. One nice touch is that they'll give out free lighters--even if you don't buy anything! Just ask and they'll be more than happy to help you out. Though I have not purchased any hookah or e-cig products at BC, if the quality is anything like their other products it's sure to be fantastic and they'll help you out every step of the way with picking out whatever parts you may need. Their store is extremely clean, neat and nice smelling as well. I have been to shops that were VERY sketchy/dirty/grungy, but not at BC! Everything is always neatly organized and makes you feel that you're in a really professional store that cares about its customers. Every time I go to another smoke shop thinking that "oh, maybe this shop will be okay," I always leave disappointed because I have never found a shop that has ever come close to the attentiveness, cleanliness, and professionalism I get at BC.
