I went to get my starter and starter wire replaced and everything turned out great and I drove my car for a month. Until my car began not starting up and not cranking at all. I called the mechanic here to bring my car in to see what went wrong and I was told call tmr then to call back Monday, then to call back Wednesday. I called him one more time, and he said he'll call me back when to come in but never called back. Not reliable at all, please save your money. I'm not a petty person writing this review but just wanted to warn everyone. I would never recommend this mechanic to anyone!

As a luxury car owner, I am so grateful that I found this place as their prices are reasonable and they go beyond their means just to satisfy their customers. They are certified to work on foreign cars, my roadside assistance approves of them, & since I have Triple AAA, I also get a discount! They close their shop at 12pm on Saturdays, but here they are still working on my car, regardless of the fact that it's already 2:22pm. They didn't have to do that. I could have waited till Monday (they're closed on Sundays). To top it off, Fred also let me get my car towed and parked at his shop during their after-hours since the service station is 24/7; I just signed some paperwork and left my key with the cashier. Very disappointing experience with the service department…read more I brought my 2020 Ford Explorer to Diamond Chevrolet GMC of Banning on August 24, 2026, for a parking brake warning/light issue. They kept my vehicle for approximately 17 days, until September 10. According to my service invoice, they replaced several parts, but the problem was not fixed. Their own technician documented that they could not perform the required diagnostic because they did not have the necessary diagnostic equipment. The invoice specifically recommended sending the vehicle to Ford for further diagnosis and repair. I was told Diamond needed to contact the warranty company and complete the necessary paperwork/authorization so I could have the vehicle repaired at a Ford dealership. That still has not been done. I have now been trying to contact the dealership for approximately a week, and I have not received a clear response or confirmation that they have contacted the warranty company. After having my vehicle for over two weeks, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the dealership to complete the necessary warranty process so another authorized facility can finish the repair. I am not asking them to fix something they don't have the equipment to diagnose. I am simply asking them to submit the required documentation to the warranty company and release/authorize my vehicle for repair at Ford. I hope someone from management will take responsibility for this and get the warranty process completed. I would much rather update this review positively if the issue is resolved.
