This place used to be a great place Jeff and Craig have worked there for years now some new RUDE younger guys are there I went in for an oil change and they were looking through my stuff inside when I called them on it they claimed to be looking for the year of my vehicle I was standing 10 feet away someone could have asked me. Also I been going there for years they should have that in the computer. OH BY THE WAY SYNTHETIC OIL last more than 3,000 miles THEY won't tell you that they rely on repeat business. Don't go there for headlight replacement WAS CHARGED $39.00 ARE YOU FFing kidding me it took them 15 minutes. RIP OFF taking my business elsewhere!!!!! read more

Don't take your automobile to these fraudsters. They don't change the oil filter and I would question the oil change itself. They have serious upcharges and take advantage of people who aren't very mechanically inclined. They will claim issues that don't exist and charge exorbitant prices for replacement. They are rude and condescending. Buying beware, if you conduct business here, don't be surprised when things go wrong because you have been warned. read more

Very nice and polite people. Seem to be very efficient, they get you in and out pretty quick.

X-press Lube does a very good service but they are slower than molasses in January! I've been coming to this location since they opened and they continually get slower and slower by the year. I have been waiting for 50 minutes just for an oil change, and I'm not even inside yet, and there were only two cars here when I arrived. (They have two oil change bays) unbelievable, I could change the oil in three cars by myself in 45 minutes. They have 5 guys, granted the wash the outside of your windows and one guy vacuumed the floors. It's like they are in slow motion and there is little to no leadership. Good thing I'm not in a hurry!! If you are you might want to have your car serviced else where. That being said, I'll come back because I've known this family for 35 years and they are great people, they just need to speed it up! read more
