Regular machine drive-thru carwash, it's okay. Does what you want and expect and has air spray/vacuum machine for you to use afterwards. I wouldn't recommend the detailing though. I came 10 minutes before they opened and was told the detailing people come 'whenever' and ended waiting 30m. I inquired about a claybar service and the sign said $80 and was agreed by the servicer. He gets stuff ready and starts on my car and 15m later another person comes, who appears to be the supervisor introduces himself and then tells me it's another $20 because my car is a sedan and is big (I'm pretty sure the sign covered sedan and trucks)... I reluctantly agreed since I was already there and don't mind if they do a good job anyways. Long story short, I paid for a claybar service and got a handwash + handwax service. I asked about it because I didn't see any claybarring (I've done this myself) and told they're using a product that has it in it? Made no sense to me and I didn't want to bother arguing, but I wouldn't come back here for detailing services. Tipped the guy $20 kauz it is still manual labor for him and it was hot. I came to this car wash expecting basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately that wasn't the experience I received. There was already a car on my right side, so I was trying to be respectful of everyone's space while pulling through. I even said "excuse me" to the workers washing the car on my left to make sure I wasn't getting in anyone's way. Despite that, one of the workers immediately started belittling me and accused me of not being considerate of his workspace. He even said, "Buddy, there's more space on the right," without realizing there was literally already a car there. Instead of communicating respectfully, he chose to talk down to me in front of others. Customer service and basic respect go a long way. Had some time to kill so came here to wash my car. He entrance and parking area is easy in and out. The price was reasonable and there are plenty of spots for vacuuming and drying. Both the vacuum and the air spray were strong and did a great job. They even give you a little towel, which was very helpful! Definitely recommend! read more

Me and my husband took my daughters car for a wash. They said 45 minutes and it took three hours to wash it. They left some spots dirty. My daughter usually leave her work hat in the car. Was told it will be about 45min for deluxe wash; came back 1.5hr later and now told it will take another 45minutes; So came back another 1.5hr later, by then it was already 3hrs since I drop of the car They did an OK job with carpet wash but poor job with wiping outside of the car. There was still a layer of dirt in the back of the car, meaning they did not even wipe it down. Not acceptable especially with the wait. I decided to try this place out because it's on my way. At this car wash I had to ask for my towel every single time because they would not give it to me. They only allow you to come one time a day. This car wash is not worth a $35 monthly subscription. I don't hate it but it's run down. The vacuums are ALRIGHT. The bathroom is disgusting and does not lock There's a car wash on new Hope that allows you to come two times a day with a monthly pass. It's called two thumbs up I recommend that one. They give you a towel and dash wipe every time you come through if you have a subscription. Vacuums are great. Bathrooms are clean. read more

Don't go here. After I went through the drive thru car wash, the workers there pointed me to the vacuum/air area. They offered to wipe my car down and vacuum and I refused but they did it anyway. I kept saying no and telling them I can do it myself but they ignored me. Afterwards they told me to pay them! If I wanted to pay for the service I would done so in the first place.
