I've used this type of express car wash many times, and it always does an adequate job for the price. This H2GO location is noticeably better than the one I usually use in San Pedro (Wild Waters). You really do get what you pay for, and for me, the $10 wash is more than enough since I generally keep my car pretty clean. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. I also enjoy spending 15 minutes afterward using the free vacuums and doing a little hand detailing myself. If you're looking for an affordable, convenient wash and don't expect a full detail, this location is a great choice. read more

Not me buying a whole new car just to dodge the blue tape industrial complex If you know, you know -- they slap that blue masking tape on your rear wiper like it's a VIP wristband. Used to send me into a rage. Now it's just trauma. The employees are usually nice tho, I'll give them that. But the turnover is INSANE. There's like 3 OGs who survived, including the cute girl with the white Camaro who's always holding it down. Respect. Everyone else? New face every time I pull up. Are they okay??? Remember when they'd hook you up with interior wipes and literally guide you through the tunnel like air traffic control? Now it's just vibes and a prayer. This place is giving 2014. My wheels haven't been clean since Obama. Shiny tires? That's folklore atp. And the price went UP??? For LESS service??? The math ain't mathing. I got a couple car washes for free as a gift. Came here and selected the second wash tier which would typically run me about $15. The cleaning kind of sucked. To be honest, I prefer the mobile station off of Seal Beach Boulevard if I'm comparing the two. Use the air dryer and the pressure was weak. It barely even moved the water. So I ended up handing it. Hard water stains. I had to do extra just to remove the spots from the water. Overall, I wouldn't come here if I didn't have the free washes, but I guess since it's free, I don't have much of a choice. I would like this as my car wash to go. read more

I signed up for the $35 package on a first-month promotion for just $20 because my hand was recovering from surgery and I couldn't wash the car myself. They told me it was unlimited. But when I went back for my third wash the same day, the lady warned me I could only do a maximum of two times a day. Even after that, my car still came out really dirty. No busy day at that time. All staffs still have time together talking. The whole experience left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I planned to buy family package for 2 more cars, but she made me feel uncomfortable. There has 2 mean- staffs working there: 1 guy long hair and 1 girl. But i love the one who sale my package who is willing to help and friendly. It is not recommendation place! read more

I had two cars on the same credit card under a family plan since 2020. After I sold one of the cars on February 7, 2024, I went to the Westminster location to remove it from my account. The employee canceled that vehicle but told me the remaining car would need to be billed to a different credit card. I agreed to that change. They gave me a new sticker too. Unfortunately, the billing was handled incorrectly. Although the canceled car was removed from my account, I continued to be charged $29.00 per month for that canceled vehicle for six months, totaling $174.00. At the same time, my remaining car was correctly being charged $35.00 per month, totaling $210.00 over the same six-month period. As a result, I was charged a total of $384.00 for what should have been a single vehicle. When I explained the situation to the manager at the Westminster store, he apologized but then accused me of "gaming the system." Instead of refunding the full amount of the erroneous charges, he issued only a $64.00 credit. I had been a loyal customer since 2020, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was I overcharged for months due to a billing error, but I was also treated unfairly when I tried to resolve the issue. Because of the poor customer service and inadequate resolution, I canceled my account. This was a very disappointing way to treat a long-time customer. read more

Unlike other locations, they don't offer wipes or car scents (they did when they first opened). The last part of the car wash where it's supposed to dry your windshield is hit and miss. It's been years of it behaving that way, and they haven't bothered to fixed it. They do have wheelchair accessible parking, but employees park their car there blocking the actual ACCESSIBLE part (blue lines), which is against the law. read more

Always had a great service here. There is often someone at the kiosk machine when you enter to help you with your order since they have a variety of choices. Itis a pretty quick process to get your car cleaned. Once you are done, you can exit and then park in one of the many spots to vacuum your car. Very reasonably priced. read more

Per my previous review, I've been a fan of this location since coming to the OC over a year ago. Even though I'm in Huntington Beach, I signed up for memberships with this location. I've been a regular, and told everyone about how great this place is. The car wash and vacuums are solid. But what really made this place was the staff. The folks here were so welcoming, positive, smiles, and graciously gave interior wipes as you entered. Over the last 2-3 months, there's been employee turnover and change. Unfortunately now, the staff are not welcoming, standing around giving me weird looks as I enter, and much fewer smiles. No cheerfulness. Maybe this seems nitpicky, but I can tell you it makes a huge difference. I have two monthly subscriptions for the top plan, one subscription on my car and another on my wife's car. I come in every other day from HB with these two cars. The recent turnover in employees definitely coincides with recent negative attitude changes in my eyes as a regular subscriber. Good news though: I tried out the Huntington Beach locations... The employees there are awesome. It seems the car washing equipment is newer too. It's also closer to my house. Will be avoiding this Westminster location in favor of the others in HB. read more

This drive through car wash is much better than others I've been to. I opted for the "blue" wash. Employees are friendly, never had issue or frustration with any of them. Great deal for new members; $20 first month, then $35/month. You would have to bring your own microfiber towel to dry your car, as one isn't provided. This car wash place even has a machine to clean your floor mats. I have yet to use it... I would recommend this place, if it's convenient for you. They have several locations, and the membership works at all of them. read more

I went in for a wash in mid 2025 (around August) and paid for a month's washes. The wash was OK and the vacuum-cleaners actually worked. Unfortunately I paid with my Discover card, and the attendant (knowingly or not) put the card on an unlimited subscription without asking me. A month later Discover card was taken over and they stopped accepting bank bill payments so I had to stop using it. Unbeknownst to me, this outfit continued to charge the card month after month. There is no customer support at this business you can actually reach. After leaving many voice messages on a number which was on the credit card statement, I heard back via text messages. The person answering the text messages was very nice and polite but refused to speak over the phone. After many days of asking to reverse the charge except for the very first one they refunded half of the many months of charges. So two $15 washes actually cost around $180! DO NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD AT THIS OUTFIT or you will be burned with no recourse. It's simple: if I signed up for a subscription there should have been some sort of contract to that effect. If they can't produce that, then they can do this at will to anyone. read more

We have got some of the best car washers in Orange County. Particularly in cities like Westminster and Garden Grove. I love H2GO Car Wash. They have been around for quite some time, and I have been wanting to try them out at least once. So, I washed my car this weekend, and I stopped here. I usually wash all my cars myself, but when I am not in the mood, I go to car washers places like H2GO. NIce staff and cool cleaning wax and gear for cleaning cars.
