I had been looking for a hand car wash for the longest time, as I cannot use the brush car washes as it would destroy the wrap on my car. I am so thankful that I found complete Auto spa, they take such good care of me and my VW. For 20 bucks you get a total wash, they vacuum the interior, do all the interior exterior windows, clean your rims and add a tire treatment. I'm telling you this is the best deal in town. The staff here is super friendly, very knowledgeable, quick to offer suggestions, and make the whole experience that would normally be boring fun. The waiting area has a bunch of massage chairs if you're feeling stressed out, or if you want to take a chance they have a claw machine, or if you just want a beverage they have you covered on that too. Bottom line? This is my go-to place in Southern California when I need my car washed after driving 4 plus hours from Las Vegas. They do great work. You should really check them out! read more

I came upon this place by accident. It looks pretty old but the pricing is competitive so I went in and got the Super Wash for $24.99. it seems the same man who vacuumed it also pushed it through the wash and then dried it, older man in his 60s. He and the guy at the register were nice. While I waited inside you could tell it's been around awhile but the waiting area was clean. I rarely get my car hand washed but I was happy with the results. I didn't give it a 5 because I think the man accidentally stepped on one of my floor mats and didn't realize it when he put it back. Only go here due to another place being closed. Never get a great wash. Always sub par. Never wipe wheels completely. Always get streaks of water running out of cracks after leaving. Questioned the wheels. The person in charge didn't really care and just said you have water spots. From sprinklers. Nice if that were true. I park in a garage. Not driveway with sprinklers. this is my go to place to get car wash. usually, all the guys did really good job cleaning my car. today, i get the $24.99 like my usual. but they are very sloppy with drying the car. i look and still see water on my side mirror. i was there like around close to 5 and they are not even close yet (they close at 6). they just did like few wipes down and spray the scent on my carpet (i didn't ask for it). if you guys are close, don't take in anymore customers. it's ok i understand that too but take in another customer and run through like that isn't right. next time you can tell oh we are closing soon so we might not be able to deliver certain service. the value honestly for this is not worth $24.99. read more

First and foremost, I want to recognize Mark for his great customer service. I left my very special monogrammed coffee mug behind yesterday while I was waiting for my car wash. Mark saved it for me and had it when I returned today. I had been going to Bristol Speed Wash previously, but I've found Complete Auto Spa far superior. I came here a few months ago, and they were able to remove some tree sap from my windows with no issues. This time was just as good. My wait time was minimal. These guys are great. Mark is so helpful and cheerful as he assist you. The quality is more than expected for their low prices. They need more recognition and more business. The service is fairly quick for all the work they do. They don't have many cars backed up and they do a good job with their time. Took my car in for a wash today and it'll be the last time I go. Shame as the car wash quality has drastically gone down. I had tree sap on my hood and hoped that they could remove it. After the wash the tree sap was still on my car and asked if they could wash it off. The manager explained they would have to use a special chemical to remove it. I declined and noticed that there were streaks all over the car as well. I went home and removed the sap myself with hot water and soap. Do not get your car washed at this location. read more

I heard of this spot from my dad and a couple family members and I needed a car wash so I decided to give this place a try. It's off of Harbor past the bridge inside the same parking lot as the auto businesses. I needed a complete wash and wax, interior detailing with shampoo on the seats, dashboard shine and vacuuming. I was helped by Dean who was very helpful in giving me the best option for what I was looking for. I went during a weekday which is good since they weren't busy and they got started on the wash right away. It took around 3 hours total but it was definitely worth it. I noticed that each car had someone assigned to do the cleaning which makes it easy to know who cleaned your car. Haron did my car wash and did an amazing job! Honestly my car was a total mess when I came in and looked fantastic afterwards. It shows that he really took the time to go through the detail and make my car look sparkly clean inside and out. The only fault is with their price signs that seem very outdated since they were updated using white out and were handwritten along with other signs inside the building. Overall this place was very much worth the value for what I paid for to get my car cleaned! I would definitely recommend and would come here again for sure! read more

It's time for to say to goodbye to this car wash that I have been a loyal customer to for the last 6 years. Even after moving about 20 miles away and having them go through new management several times, I still made time to come here once a month to maintain my car. Not anymore. This is a review for my last visit on Wednesday, November 11th. Like I mentioned, I've come here for several years and overall they do a decent job cleaning. But unlike other customers, I always walk around my car to check it when it gets handed back to me before I tip the employee. Therefore, I have noticed random scratches numerous times before but I chose not to say anything until today. I saw new scratches that were just not okay with me so I pointed it out to the employee to help buff it out. He refused and told me to talk to someone from inside. I still tipped him before he walked away. I waited for another employee to come out to talk to me. The second guy that came out denied making the scratches, but I told him the new scratches were not there when I handed them the car. How do you even deny making scratches if you cannot be sure that you didn't? We went back and forth and I told him he should at least make the effort to try to buff away those new scratches. What I thought was inappropriate was when he pointed to every other car around us still being cleaned and compared me to other customers by saying "Why is it that everyone else is not complaining about their cars but just you?" I didn't even need to think of a reply because his logic was so poor. I asked him immediately what does everyone else have to do with me? I told him those cars are still being worked on so obviously customers aren't checking them and even when customers get their cars they don't check usually. He shut up real quick about that and continued to insist the scratches were already there. I told him he couldn't guarantee that and all I am asking is to try to buff it away. I am not asking for compensation, a refund, nor am I calling insurance. At this point I am clearly frustrated. He told me I needed to talk to someone else and motioned me to go find that person inside and I said bring him out as I don't know who he's referring to. As he walked away, he stopped with another customer and started pointing over at me and obviously talking crap about me to another customer in front of my face. I had to yell out how unprofessional he was being before he continued inside. That's quite unacceptable and poor behavior for anyone doing business. This 2nd guy really needs retraining immediately for the lack of professionalism he has shown under situations like this. The 3rd person came out to talk to me and I had issues with him too. When I showed him the scratches on the car, I heard him laugh which came out like a scoff. I ignored it the first time. He told me to pull my car towards the back so they can fix it. Once I relocated my car, he asked me to go inside to wait but I completely don't trust them at this point and insisted I wait next to my car and he scoffed with a laughter again whether he knew it or not. At this point I decided I need to tell him what he's doing and his reply was "I'm offended you're saying this. I don't scoff at my customers." Really? You did it twice. Perhaps it wasn't his intention but laughing or scoffing at a customer over their concerns is not helpful nor is it great customer service. After the scratches were buffed out, I thanked the guy that I already tipped previously. The 3rd guy came out to talk to me again before I left. He apologized for the incident, mentioned to me that he wasn't scoffing at me, and that I should ignore the 2nd guy because he gets nervous in "situations like these". What kind of excuse is that? I understand getting nervous, but I am not going to ignore the unprofessionalism I dealt with. I do not need to be treated like that from a business that I have supported for the last 6 years. I have literally spent over $2,000 to keep my car clean at this business but I am now going to definitely find a different place. I thanked the 3rd guy for his efforts to fix the problem but the unprofessionalism I dealt with to get this situation fixed will keep me away in the future. Incidents like these will occur again so I urge owners and managers to train their staff to better communicate with customers so they don't continue losing good customers. This place gets 2 stars for better experiences in the past 6 years but I'm done for good now. read more

I came back and this time the guy who always works the front desk, who I thought was nice and a good guy decided to tell me there's too much hair in my car for them to wash it so they will try their best, then why would I bring my car to get it half washed... last time I even decided to support them by buying these mats they sold for $80 and then he would be nicer all of a sudden. to come back and tell me you can't clean my car the way it's supposed to because it's too much... lol I even cleared everything for them to clean so it would be easy, I won't be coming back ever again I've alwyas supported them since they were on brookhurst and bolsa they even took off their basic wash so now you are forced to spend more and do the super wash which I was fine with, the worker even rushed the wash and I could see him cleaning the windows over n over again acting like he's doing something because they didn't want to clean my extra hair, I saw him joking with the other guy talking about me eating probably trying to say it was too much to clean lol weak and pathetic place never coming back and will express this with everyone I know. I just went and paid for a $30 car wash there and really had my hopes up for some good service. When I went and walked out to my car it was literally covered in water spots and smears all over my windshield. I asked them what was up with that and they said that it was from sprinklers and if I wanted them to clean it they were going to Charge me extra. I talk to the owner and he proceeded to argue with me and talk to me like I don't know what water is. My car has a brand new paint job so the idea that these are actual stains is a complete joke. I just went home and took 30 seconds to buff it and it came out. I had even tipped the workers eight bucks, which I'm glad it's going directly to them and not to the business owner. I go to Harbor Boulevard Car Wash (1111 S. Harbor Blvd) and it comes out sparkling and perfect every time. These people take no pride in their work and the owner basically just blew me off and walked away from me and walked back inside. The guys a clown. I will never set foot there again and I highly recommend Harbor Boulevard car wash just down the street. For $20 they will Make your car look like they actually took pride in the work that they did. This place is a joke and the owner is better off owning a liquor store. Save your money, drive another quarter-mile and get a significantly better deal with significantly better results. read more

MY CAR GOT STOLEN FROM THIS CAR WASH WITH THE KEY THAT THEY DID NOT SECURE. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I took my car there for a detail and left it over night in their possession. My key was exposed to the public and unsecured. The camera footage and the police report clearly shows that someone after hours, while all the employees were drinking and having fun at the premises, took my key and drove off with my vehicle. We are in the process of suing this car wash and the owners have no respect for anyone. I tried to settle with them but they showed me no remorse. These guys are a bunch of crooks !! read more
