Ordered a dryer from Lowes and the driver who delivered tried to sell me the hose attachment without providing a receipt. Called Lowes to report it and Lowes was able to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this delivery service. read more

Bro. Let me just say this is one star only bec 0 stars is not allowed. Purchased washer and dryer from lowes. Notified lowes at time of purchase we live on a military installation. Provided EXTREMELY CLEAR instructions at time of purchase about delivery to a military installation( types of ID needed, being able to pass a background check). Fast forward two weeks- XPO unable to deliver- shipping manager did not communicate extremely clear instructions about delivery to a military base. Shipping Manager ignored calls and messages for hours post delivery attempt. Literally wasted a day of leave for nothing. Shipping manager *promises* that this will be rectified- said something about sending us a gift card for our troubles. Reschedules delivery. Fast forward ONE MORE WEEK- with a clear reminder of what is needed to gain access to a military installation. Guess what? One of the delivery team had no ID at all. Team could not gain access to deliver because the shipping manager did not communicate ONCE AGAIN, what the minimum requirements were to gain entry to deliver on a military installation. So now, I have requested a refund from Lowes, I STILL don't have a washer/dryer, the gift card never arrived. Bottom line- if you are military and live on a military installation, do not rely on Lowes or /XPO to fulfill any appliance needs you have. *I am fully aware that XPO happens to deliver over 10 tractor trailers almost daily to this base for parts. There are drivers at that warehouse that can get on to military bases, they just don't fulfill household appliance orders. read more

The 2 gentlemen who delivered our 2 very heavy boxes this morning were prompt, considerate, helpful and personable. We received a call to prepare us for the imminent delivery, and they arrived as promised. Quality good will ambassadors for the company. Please tell them so!!! read more

No complaints about my recent delivery that XPO provided. The expected delivery time was quite accurate and the crew was professional. It was pouring down rain, but they made the delivery and did the setup. Thanks! read more

Your delivery guys are a 5 star. They were quick, courteous and efficient.. BUT your customer service reps and scheduling options are a 1 star. My order was automatically scheduled ona Friday for a Monday. I wasn't going to be home, I called the customer rep and they said they would expedite it toes them know I wanted to reschedule for that upcoming Wednesday. The initial delivery that I scheduled on Wayfair wasn't suppose to happen until the end of June.... Not the second week or June upbruptedly. No one contacted me Monday. I received numerous emails and text that my order was on its way ...on MONDAY... I called frantically because I wasn't going to be available for the delivery. The rep stated they would let someone know in the system... not that it was rescheduled Yada Yada.. This was ridiculous to cause your customer this much stress, especially one who is 8 months pregnant. read more

I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I have never dealt with a worse company with the worst customer service I have ever seen. If your buying something do not let them deliver it. It will never show up!!! read more

The chair was 2 hrs away from Me sitting and was to be delivered on Monday. IT was delivered today Friday. Had to make arrangements for the last minute cancelation by XPO.The delivery guys were great. read more

Recently purchased a generator from Amazon, XPO was the primary carrier and Rxo the actual cmpany that was suppose to deliver the item on Wednesday, December 14th. I had a pad prepared and clear 100 ft path for ease of their delivery. The only problem is they never showed up during the entire day and never contacted us. They re-scheduled the delivery date to Friday, December 16th from 6AM to 6PM so we again waited but they never showed up. I called and the girl said it was on the truck and would be delivered after 6PM. It never was. However, RXO lied to Amazon and told them that a delivery attempt was made unscheduled on Saturday at 6:15AM. It was a lie. We have an extensive security camera network and there was no attempted delivery at this early morning hour or was there a call 30 minutes ahead as they said is their policy. My suggestion is to make sure you do not have to wait for a delivery from this untruthful, unprofessional and uncaring company if possible. We are still awaiting delivery which is to occur on Monday, December 20th. read more

Delivery was smooth, and the guys delivering my precious Peloton were professional, courteous and friendly. My steps are very difficult to maneuver larger pieces of furniture etc. and they were careful and were happy to carry the heavy bike up the difficult stairway. read more

Great service! Very professional and accommodating. I needed my Peloton up on my narrow (and hot) third floor. They did a great job and was an easy install. read more

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Lowes , XPO was contracted to make the delivery. I'm not complaining that the delivery process took @ 2:00 hours. During the delivery process the delivery crew damaged my front door and interior walls . Multiple attempts were made to contact someone from XPO to remedy the situation. I was put on hold only to be disconnected numerous times . I was told I needed a claim number , but not told how to get one . If there goal was to get me to give up , they accomplished that . I'll end up making the repairs myself. Lowes has been extremely helpful, but their hands are tied , and I fully understand. So , if you are getting appliances, or any thing else delivered by XPO , be mindful that customer service is secondary read more

I was truly excited to receive my new peloton bike-Initially I thought the guys that delivered did a decent job but then I walked outside after they had already left and saw my mailbox... they not only hit it and ran into it, but they had to climb under their truck to retrieve my mailbox out. They then walked into our home and never bothered to tell us what they had done!!! I tried to call XPO to file a claim and waited on the phone for 20 minutes while their customer representative tried to reach a supervisor. They said they could not reach a supervisor so they would have to send a supervisor an email and then get back to me later. . Seriously???? read more

Absolutely great dudes that did my delivery. Made everything super easy & they were so respectful. Set my bike up exactly where I wanted it, removed all the trash & made sure it worked. Stoked! read more

Drivers were polite and courteous and did a good job assembling my new bed frame and headboard. Would've given 5 stars except my original delivery window was 12-4 and the drivers arrived just before 7. I will say the delivery tracker site did provide updated delivery timeframes and the drivers called 30 minutes ahead. read more

Delivery came earlier than original time window of 11-1. Driver called about 10 minutes before coming. Driver and helper were courteous and worked professionally and neat. As a consumer, I can't ask for more than that! Great service and very highly recommended... read more

Product arrived dirty & damaged. The delivery guys were nice & that's the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1

The delivery was 2 days later than I was told. I wasn't notified until the end of the day it was suppose to be delivered. Then 2 days later I was told it would be delivered and I would be getting a phone call 30 minutes before it would arrive to assure someone would be there and I would have to sign for it. I received a phone call at 7 am that day from a man I could not understand and he did not identify himself nor a company and I thought it was a crank call so I hung up. Then I got a call from Puerto Rico, did not answer and did not leave a message. Then the same call again from the first man, did not answer and did not leave any message. Later that day, I got the same call so I answered and could barely understand a word he was saying. Had to have him repeat who he was calling for 3 times. Did not identify himself until I asked who was calling. These drivers need some severe social skills/identifying traits training. Identify who they are and who with and who they are calling for and what the delivery is, CLEARLY! I received the delivery and I asked where I was to sign and he said, no signature, he would just take a picture of the delivery in my house. WHAT?? This could have been delivered anywhere without an authentic signature. If you require a signature, then make the drivers get one instead of taking some picture. Very sketchy. XPO, pay your drivers more and train them properly. They are dealing with customers' precious cargos! read more
