The bread is baked by a professional Baker and not some store bought shelf buns. It's Amazing and I have had nothing quite as good as this one. It's a Sanoran style bun with a real family historic recipe. 2. The Dog is hearty, wrapped in bacon, and grilled like most hot dogs here on a flat grill. Crispy bacon and classic dog taste, a quality dog for sure! 3. The details!!! Bread then chorizo,then dog with bacon, then beans, cheese, onions, lettuce (finely chopped), tomatoes, mayo, catsup, mustard, salsas (different kinds), crushed chedder ruffles.
