Very casually run, mom and pop style? After midnight, maybe closer to 130am or 2am is when the place gets crowded. I visited only once in 9/2024 and thought it was an underground type of venue with no sign, or such? Someone mentioned it's difficult to be a DJ here. The DJ needs to play a bit of everything, because there's like 16 different countries worth of people just there at night. The music jumps around so much, it's difficult to get into it. Everyone is just waiting for their genre, dance and then sit back down. Music is loud. No EDM, thank goodness. Attire is casual to dressed loungey. I've only been once, and I was the only non- Black, African descent, Islander/Caribbean looking person there. Everyone was nice and didn't stare in a certain way I was stared at in Arizona or even parts of Vegas (....like Stoneys Rockin Country). Again, I've only been once and everyone was welcoming.

I had to tell myself "I just wanna party, I dont wanna hurt nobody" in my YG Voice lol My favorite part about this place was the employees and the food. Normally lounges have simple frozen items they reheat and it's normally terrible however H2O actually has really good food. So good I inhaled a whole beef and rice plate instead of take a picture :)

Service was really slow- we had to wait awhile for our table to be cleaned off, for our orders to be taken, for food and drinks and hookah to be delivered. Drinks were okay, not great. We ordered chips with salsa, pico, and guacamole. The salsa was terrible- thin, watery, little flavor. The pico was just chopped onions! We had to ask for a side of tomato so we could basically make our own pico (it didn't work lol). The chips were great though. The hookah was again, just okay. Didn't taste the freshest and our server didn't even test it for us (she did at the next table so I'm not sure what was up with that). All that said, we'd give them another try because it was a good atmosphere. The photo op at the entrance was a nice touch!

We came here for my friends birthday and at first it was okay going in they don't turn the Ac until the sun starts going down so in the meantime they have the front door open and you're sweating in there. The lady that first helped us was very sweet and friendly so we didn't mind staying. She gave us menus which said happy hour $13 hookahs which we loved bc it was a great deal. Time passes and the lady that first helped us was leaving so we wanted to close out with her so she can get the tip. When she was closing us out she stated that the hookahs were $35 each which we then asked that we were confused because on the menu it said 13. She said she doesn't know that I would have to speak to the owner who was sitting at a couch by the entrance. So I got up and went to ask her why we were getting charged that much and with attitude she said that's the price of it,the menus are old so that's not the price anymore. And I told her well why give a menu that is not accurate and she said well are you not going to pay and I said we are but what the menu says. She then she comes to charge us and in her language she tells her employee " With these people you need to tell them first" not knowing that our friend knew her language because she's Ethiopian too. There's a difference we never are going to a place and not want to pay but we're not going to pay a price that is not the same as the menu! The owner was very rude and definitely not going back! Also the restroom was horrific it smelled really bad. The toilet had poop residue that looked like it had been there for days.

She wasn't rude, but she had no smile, no greeting and no effort to make us feel welcome. When I asked for paan flavor, she said they had it but couldn't serve it because it makes the lounge smell bad. I told her that's fine and asked if she could recommend something instead. Instead of suggesting, she kept asking me what I wanted. Finally, I asked her to bring me something from their house specials and she still asked what flavors I liked. I ended up choosing orange, mint, and blueberry. The hookah was good not excellent, but decent. The best part is that they stay open until 6 a.m., which is great for late-night hangouts. It's a small Ethiopian hookah lounge, but overall a nice spot for the price

I also liked that they stay open late, so it's a good low-key option if you're looking for somewhere to hang out after most places have closed. I didn't try the hookah or the food, so I can't speak on those, but aesthetically the place was nice and had a good atmosphere. They were playing good music all night, and the workers were friendly and welcoming. The only thing that threw me off was the bar. The prices felt like Strip prices, but the experience didn't. Having to pay separately for a canister of cranberry juice as a chaser and then getting the shot in one of those little ounce-sized sauce cups instead of an actual shot glass just made it feel cheap. That was honestly the biggest downside for me. I'm sure the vibes are different on the weekends when it's packed, but at the end of the day, the prices are still the prices. Even if the atmosphere is crazy packed that part of the experience wouldn't change for me. As of now, it probably wouldn't be my first choice, and I honestly don't see myself coming back unless there's an event or something specific going on.
