We emailed them and did not get a response. We then phoned two different phone numbers and there was no answer. They still have not showed up, as of Jan. 10 although we have paid for the month of Jan. Very poor management and very poor customer service. We had lots of snow over December 24, 25. We did not expect anyone to come out during Christmas but did expect them to be here on the 27. On Monday December 29, 2025 i contacted Sean asking when the walks would be done. Was told they had management issues but crews were getting ready and heading out. This is December 31 they still have not showed up and have not replied to recent messages. Definitely poor management, poor follow up poor service all around!

Since November 1, when they were first hired, they have not done her snow properly. When she calls them back they wait a few days before returning. She wanted her money back , but instead they gave her a "free January" to make up for poor service. The last time they came, they didn't do the back properly. So "free January," became more poor service January. They even charged the gst for $260. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

This year has been beyond a joke. We had to do the pet waste removal ourselves because the postponed on us so many times. Clean up was good as far as the lawn, but when using their edger/weed whacker, they trashed our fence. Took 2 months to have repainted. Verdict is still out on that repair job. Fertilized the wrong yard. It's been ridiculous. Email thread as long as my yard and finally we have just walked away from it. I don't have time for th kind of customer service. Buyer beware.
