The exterior sign was removed so from afar one could think they were closed. Our cashier was super efficient and friendly. The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. Plenty of parking right in front.

I had a disappointing experience at the Nike Outlet. There was a promotion advertising the Nike…read moreAlpha shoes for $189, but I noticed that around 10 shoe boxes on the shelf were individually marked with a price of $129. I picked up my size (8), which didn't have a price sticker, along with another box clearly marked $129, and asked an employee to clarify the pricing. She scanned the shoes, and they came up as $189. She then asked the manager if they could honor the $129 price since multiple boxes were clearly labeled that way. The manager refused, saying that because my size 8 box didn't have a $129 sticker, it had to be sold at the promotional price of $189. Instead of honoring the marked price or taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager instructed the employee to remove all of the $129-labeled boxes from the shelf. I've worked in retail before, and I've also been a customer at many other stores. When an item is mistakenly marked or advertised at the wrong price, good customer service is to honor the displayed price for the customer and then correct the mistake afterward. Pricing errors happen, but how management handles them is what matters. To make matters worse, during my visits, there was multiple times I watched people walk out of the store carrying what appeared to be multiple pairs of shoes without anyone stopping them, yet management refused to honor their own pricing mistake for an honest customer. That contrast made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, management chose to remove the incorrectly marked boxes after I pointed out the mistake. That's poor customer service and reflects poorly on Nike's management. This experience left me disappointed and feeling like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority.

This location has terrible customer service from the Cashier and the Manager. To begin with, the…read moresocks were advertised, at 50% percent off. When I paid, they charge me the full price for the socks and not fifty percent off as advertised. I uploaded the picture in case you wanna see the price they charged and the advertising price. After that, I grabbed some items from the 70% percent off, samples rack, and the cashier say that they were not seventy percent off and that people always misplaced things. I advise the manager to have somebody check that rack since there were many items that did not belong to the rack. The manager and the teller told me that it was my responsibility to check that you should say samples on the label and that it was not the responsibility to be checking to see if they are correct. How would they expect me to know that? They kept insisting that it was my responsibility to find out that those items were not seventy percent off. I asked for a discount sonce they were false advertising since they do not care in checking and the manager did not wanna give me any discount at all. The Manager did not agree to be responsible for the mislabeled on the items. She said that it is the customer responsibility, and the customer service is not always right, as the Manager told me. I am very disappointed.

I was shopping around and helped me find a men's medium size jacket and first told me they were all sold out. Definitely not what I wanted to hear. But right before I walked out he told me to follow him and found one misplaced in a different location and made my night. So i decided to buy a lot from this store thanks to the great customer service from Ruben. Flor was at the register and was able to help me pay for all my cloth and walked out spending alot of money from just looking keep up the great work. Awesome team and will definitely be back.
