First, she helped me buy my phone month ago and vouched for a phone that was was true to her word. I broke it. Filed a claim. Got the new phone. Had issues turning that one on myself so I went in and she had me out in ten minutes. She even reset my old phone and taped the box I needed to ship it to. I disputed the charge with Xfinity, they did not physically have a way nor method to refund the error. They instead "credited" my account so that over two months I would fully be credited. Highly recommend DO NOT ENROLL IN AUTO-PAY, this gives them license to make errors, charge you anyway then keep your money until you use it up in credits.
