Very natural looking, not too dramatic, but beautiful. Everyone there was professional and seemed to know what they're doing. Four stars instead of five just because businesses like this really run on up-selling. So when you go in, expect to really be given a lot of sales pitches on microblading, permanent makeup, eyeliner, lip fill, etc. As long as you're comfortable saying "Thank you, but no," it's not a big deal.

Okay so this was my first time going to Scarlett's and I was skeptical prior because the lash artist I went to previously did it out of her home and I could never get into contact with her, it was an awful experience. I shopped around looking for places online and Scarlett's popped up, and LET ME TELL YOU HOW GLAD I AM IT DID! This place is a LEGITIMATE lash lounge. It is an entire boutique dedicated to servicing lash needs and much more. There are multiple girls doing lashes at all times and then Julia, the owner as well. Julia gave me my first consultation prior to my first appt, which went wonderfully! She asked me what my lash goals and concerns were and I said length! She then took a look at my lashes and let me know how long she could go according to my lashes, which was much longer than what my previous lash artist had been doing. I was so happy! At my first appt, I was able to lay down on a comfortable bed with blankets and cushiony pillows, this meant everything to me seeing as I was 36 weeks pregnant at this point! Honestly, I was afraid how my lashes would come out... seeing as how small my eyes were, and not to mention SEVERELY puffy from pregnancy! But no need to fear, these ladies are truly professionals! So I've now been to Scarlett's twice and my experiences have been great…read more My first experience was for a lash extension, Karina was my technician and walked me through the process as it was my first time. She explained how to care for my lashes, what would be required in terms of a next visit and while the procedure took a little longer than expected it was an amazing result. I returned last night for a different procedure. This time it was for a lash lift and tint, shorter in time and different but Karina was still great. She made sure that the results would speak for themselves and that everything was done right. The owner was very sweet and remembered me and made a point to say hello. A super pretty, very girlie (yes I love it) place to get some pampering done. Hoping to be able to try some of their spa services soon. This place is coming along nicely, give it a shot!

She has also applied my permanent eye liner. Lina takes the time to make sure you understand the process of cosmetic dermatology and puts all your anxieties at ease. Unfortunately, there are many victims of bad cosmetology walking around. After carefully examining the results of a few colleagues and associates who went elsewhere, I knew what I didn't want my brows to look like. When I tell people my brows are tattooed they are always surprised and take a good hard look and the response is the same: "Wow, they look great!" As a woman of color we have special skin care needs related to our melanin. Lina is well educated on our needs and has earned my full confidence. She is highly experienced working on all skin types. Not only does she have about 40 professional certifications behind her name, (she has been doing this work for decades) her reputation is solid.
