I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. He hired a couple who could hardly communicate with us and were basically handymen. Not window experts. He assured us he would be there "all day" for the project to "supervise" and he wasn't. Finishing work was sloppy and not done properly along with the issue of the windows now not opening correctly and not aligned correctly. Was assured no window permitting needed because we were only replacing rotted wood. The job is not completed and we have had to hire another contractor who will correct the mistakes made and do it right. Husband tried to speak with him and explain we had no confidence in him to "fix it" with the kind of workers he is using. He got very angry and walked off and left. He has taken all but $1000 of our agreed upon money only because stucco work was pending. Even though we paid him $300 of the $1300 stucco cost. So now we are out thousands of dollars for a poor outcome on this unexpected Reno work. Make sure when you hire someone that they have legit workers working for them.
