I went with this company because Felix had the best credentials and references of anyone that I spoke with, and he treated my project as if it were his own. Felix's credentials and expertise proved invaluable in working directly with my insurance company eliminating any "hassles" along the way. Felix and Maria also worked with other contractors that were necessary in finishing my project. Thanks to them, everything went very smoothly. My home looks great. Felix and Maria paid close attention to every little detail. I never thought that I would write such a glowing review for anyone, but this one was so well deserved. Florida Roof Restorations was the best choice that I could have made.

After budgeting to pay cash for the roof replacement I reach out to the company by phone and email for an updated quote which was provided. During our phone conversation he stated 1/3 down would be required. But, the update quote stated 1/2 down. I reach out him by email to address that and some other terms and conditions we wanted to negotiate. No response! Needless to say we got his non responsive message! Moving on to the next company.

Just got the final bill and they added $2,200 to replace wood. Not a call from them explaining why they need to replace 414 linear foot of wood. Update: negotiated wood cost down to $1500. Father and son came out to inspect roof. As before very knowledgeable and have a lot of good contacts. Apologized for not giving me a call on the wood. If I had known so much wood was rotten over the detached garage I probably would have torn it down.

SCAM SCAM SCAM 2026 Update: So the roof is leaking again and…read morethey are up to their old tricks. If you get through to them there is never anyone there who can help but they will call back, they never do. Next your phone number is then forwarded to an answering services that promises to forward your message to them. I feel so sorry for the answer service ladies! They never call you back LUCKILY, their office is just round the corner from me, looks very inviting, so I decided to pop in. Nope. As soon as you walk through the main entrance it's like a prison. Locked door and ring doorbell that no one responds to. You can see the reception desk, but it's empty as if no-one has ever used it. There's a worn piece of paper on the door listing phone numbers. The first is for the "Call Center". The second is for Kayla 314-473-5087 of His & Hers. It goes to a voicemail not a Kayla though! Initial Review: Thought they did a good job of our new roof. They did a free inspection and got the insurance company to cover the roof. Not long after getting the new roof we started seeing water spots in several different rooms of the house. They did come out a couple of times and blamed the seals on the vents and repaired those. Told us to wait for the next rain and if no more links they'd come and repair the ceilings inside. Since then we finally got some rain and it appears as if 2 of the leaks are still leaking. I've emailed pictures and had a manager call me and promised to be out the next day. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I've called several times and spoke with Eli and he said there's no manager in and they'd call me back. STILL NO CALL! I left a message asking for a manager to call me. STILL NO CALL. Now when I call I get an automated message saying they do not have a voicemail set up, seems I'VE BEEN BLOCKED. So currently I have four rooms with water stained ceilings and at least one of those grows each time it rains.
