We purchased a property in August of 2022 and after excuses, not showing up and then according to the owner "incompetent workers". The owner is charging us several thousand dollars extra because his employees made mistakes and wasted time. We paid the $9,500 in full. We are now in February of 2024 (yes, a year and a half later) AND HE STILL WILL NOT COMPLETE THE JOB OR SEND US THE FINAL SURVEY. Absolutely absurd, we have never dealt with someone so rude and nasty. We spoke to him today and he's demanding another $1,000+ to send us the survey by email.
