We are located in Washington - a whole state away! We fumbled our first pickup and had to reschedule and Swift Couriers worked with us to make sure we met our deadlines. They have been fair and reasonable in pricing, never trying to overprice or penalty fee our project. After the couriers delivered, we received notice that a few of the packages needed to be reclaimed and redelivered - Swift made this happen! They were gracious and acted with a can-do pleasant attitude! We received our final invoice and notice of completed deliveries and were thrilled, they were transparent the whole way through on pricing and service. Bully? Intimidate? Me. He stared me down, driving side by side with me. When I slowed down to let him get ahead, he slammed on his brakes to stay beside me! Eventually he floored it and sped away (easily doing 55-60 MPH). This driver is dangerous and doesn't deserve to be on the road, representing your company!

This is because when things go right, you shouldn't have anything to remember them by, well, except for your new delivery. So today, I SALUTE YOU delivery guys from Sunshine! You had no problem rescheduling an appointment after I completely flaked on you, you were right on time, you didn't need directions, you assembled all of my furniture, and you even recycled all of the packaging instead of leaving me with a big mess to clean up!
