I prefer this smoke shack as opposed to the one on the other corner-northeast of this location…read more Both locations are owned by the Seminoles so the products are cheap. It is located in the parking lot of the Seminole Classic Casino as well. This place does close at 10pm every night, unlike the other one that is 24/7. I have never had an issue with anything being out of stock that I order. The ladies who work here are so friendly, polite, and personable. It is a drive thru but there are two sides you can drive up to. Sometimes there will be a sign that directs you to drive to the other side but I think that is when only one person is working. I never had to wait more than 20 seconds before someone came to the window to assist me. They take cash and credit cards but you have to spend a minimum of $10 to use a card.

Ive been in many cigar shops but this one may not be the most fancy but it had a very impressive…read more"Man Cave" attitude, even the wife loved its relaxed charm. We walk in and were greeted by a cloud of sweet cigar smoke and viewed floor to ceiling cigars on both sides of this thin shop. A woman and a man were at the center of the shop sitting at a tiny bar top with several liquor bottles against the wall in display - both were smoking big fat cigars. They had an expresso coffee machine at the bar. When you Check-In to the shop on YELP you receive a Free Cappucino Coffee. At the rear of the shop there was a small glass door room with the higher end cigars in display. A man, we think he was either a manager or family of the owner - not sure though, asked us if we wanted a tour, we thought, "theres more?" He walked us next door and it was a separate room with one elderly man smoking a cigar and watching sports on a wall monitor. At the rear of the room were several personal safes to store your coveted cigars for a fee of $400 a year. He even showed us a bathroom with beautiful decor, and I'm a big fan of a clean bathroom. We walked to the rear outside where there was a full bar and a poker table for friendly games. This cigar shop is a definite must see is visiting downtown Hollywood.

This place is a corner in the wall, small but cozy; I got good vibes walking in and there's a lot of different things but not so much to where it's overwhelming. The guy working was super knowledgeable, helped me find a nice bong that was within my price range and resistant (because I told him that I am prone to breaking things ). When I purchased he even threw in a super cute lighter for y. you me, I enjoyed talking with him and being in there y y. However when I got home and filled my bong with water, all the water started flowing out the bottom. I figured out I was unable to smoke because of this little crack in the piece that stops the water. I was really upset and ready to leave a bad review but once I thought back on it I realized that this was probably just an honest mistake. It's sucks because I don't live in this area and it would be more of a mission to go get it replaced rather than just buying a new piece, but my experience was great still. so i came back to the shop, and although the same guy wasn't there i just explained my situation to Mr. Alan. he knew me from my yelp review and got me another piece right away, no hassle no problem, it was great! customer service here is top notch and i'm enjoying the hell out of my bong. i know you guys are reading this so i just wanna say thanks again! although i'm not local i would definitely go out of the way to visit this shop over and over

I recently returned to Gulfstream and walked into Royal Cigars and was quite disappointed in what I…read morefound . Royal now prominently features Juuls, CBD and Vapes. For a traditionalist, I tend to shun cigar establishments that offer hookahs and tolerate cigarettes so you can imagine shock that a place like Royal Cigars would reshape it's focus. I had considered simply deleting my previous review. I probably would have done just that if Royal Cigars had changed it's name. But, by keeping "Cigars" in their name, I felt the need to address it and rate it as a cigar spot. I understand the economics with the vape, cbd, juul craze and the challenges to stay competitive. If you're at the track and need a grab and go then help yourself. I do not recommend for the cigar aficionado.
