So I was in the area and just Yelped smoke shops because I needed a new bong and to waste a lil bit of time. This place is a corner in the wall, small but cozy; I got good vibes walking in and there's a lot of different things but not so much to where it's overwhelming. The guy working was super knowledgeable, helped me find a nice bong that was within my price range and resistant (because I told him that I am prone to breaking things ). When I purchased he even threw in a super cute lighter for y. you me, I enjoyed talking with him and being in there y y. However when I got home and filled my bong with water, all the water started flowing out the bottom. I figured out I was unable to smoke because of this little crack in the piece that stops the water. I was really upset and ready to leave a bad review but once I thought back on it I realized that this was probably just an honest mistake. It's sucks because I don't live in this area and it would be more of a mission to go get it replaced rather than just buying a new piece, but my experience was great still. so i came back to the shop, and although the same guy wasn't there i just explained my situation to Mr. Alan. he knew me from my yelp review and got me another piece right away, no hassle no problem, it was great! customer service here is top notch and i'm enjoying the hell out of my bong. i know you guys are reading this so i just wanna say thanks again! although i'm not local i would definitely go out of the way to visit this shop over and over read more
