While this was the first cigar lounge that I have been to, I have to say I don't think many others can come close to this one. Recently I came here with a friend and decided to give it a go. From the moment we entered, the hospitality we received was amazing. The man working that evening took us into the cigar portion of the store and you can see they took their time at making sure the cigars are safe set up nicely, so it was easy to see all they had to choose. The cigars here range from ten dollars to over a hundred dollars! I chose a cheaper one so I can get acquainted. The pricing is not bad and we were given matches as well so we can enjoy them in the little lounge that was tucked away in the back. The place was so much larger then you would think it was and there was ample amount of seating. They did a great job at making sure the place wasn't smokey with an insane amount of vents and air blowing through the whole night. We ordered a couple drinks that ended up running us about forty dollars without tip. Overall an incredible place, albut the price of drinks being a little higher then they should in my opinion. Hidden gem within the casino. Nice place to relax while smoking cigars. This place is equipped with a full bar and tvs so you can enjoy a game on television or lounge on the couch. Service was excellent! The bartender was very interactive and friendly. The drinks were top shelf and made to perfection. I am late on this review but glad I remembered. I'm a local in the area and my friends and I wanted to walk around Hardrock and bar hop. We was told those a hidden bar in the cigar shop and come to find out there was. Now we aren't cigar smokers but was down for drinks. The bartender Leo gave outstanding service and made me one of my favorite cocktails, an old fashion. It was made with love I tell you that much. His co worker Mauro was also very helpful in accommodating us ladies. In all the experience was worth trying and would definitely come back again because of the amazing service. I've been now smoking cigars for two years and I spoke to thethree of them on a weekly basis and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was told the hard rock had a "nice" cigar lounge so I decided to attend with my wife. I was not impressed by the service nor the lounge itself. This whole COVID-19 set up they have where you can't even touch the cigars somebody has to go with you and they select the cigars for you and you only can go to the humor of one at a time but then at the cigar lounge there's no social distancing at all so it makes no sense at all. While the space is comfortable & intimate, you can enjoy some premium cocktails & quality cigars in the Lounge, while watching some of your favorite programs on the TVs & listen to music thru their incredible sound system, that has great clarity & fullness, without being too loud to have conversations with your friends or my business associates. I like the retail space with its beautiful accessories, like the Fender & other high end special edition lighters. DO NOT BUY CIGARS HERE! Not just because they're overpriced, that's expected, but because 9 times out of 10 you'll likely be buying/smoking a cigar with MOLD on it. Don't let them try to fool you into thinking it's "plume". It's MOLD. Why?Because their humidor is WAY TOO HUMID. Cigars are visibly moldy, and the ones wrapped in cellophane are foggy! It's heartbreaking to see these amazing sticks mistreated. Certainly the humidor is not taken care of by a professional or someone who is knowledgeable about cigars. My bet is the girls who work the register are in control and think the steam pumping from the humidifier looks "cool" have have it pumping non-stop! If you're sensitive to the smell of mold, don't even bother walking into their humidor. I'm a avid cigar smoker. I have been to my far share of cigar lounges. Davidoff at the hardrock is one of my preferred lounges in the south florida area. I'm a stickler for a good old fashion and full bodied cigar . The bartenders there have never let me down . I can confidently say they make the best old fashion I have ever had. The staff that works in the humidor are also very knowledgeable and happy to help . I only have one issue with the lounge. It's way too smokey . My wife no longer wants to join me because the excessive amount of smoke . Even for myself it's quite overwhelming at times and I really enjoy cigars so that should say something. So for now I give them 3 stars . If they do something about the amount of smoke I would be more than happy to give them 5 stars as every other aspect of the lounge is great. read more

Fuck this place. No where on their site/Yelp does it say there is a dress code. So I went in all black shorts and Tshirt designer brands btw nothing flashy or anything. I also had a somewhat decent hat I understand hats are questionable but I've seen pictures of friends with hats inside the lounge. It was my first time and it seemed as if the lady in the front just didn't want me to enter. She denied me access to the lounge simply because I was not wearing socks with my shoes. Close toed shoes. They are black canvas sneakers. It was an all black outfit. I can't believe the smug attitude the front desk lady had. She pointed me to a sign that had a dress code. No where on the sign did it state you must wear socks. Also, I bet if I had some leather boat shoes or driving loafers it wouldn't have been a problem. I'm in florida and want to relax and smoke a cigar in a nice quiet environment as I have done many times before. The davidoff in Las Vegas is no where near as smug as this. I was meeting my husband & his friends here on Saturday before dinner. When I walked into the lounge the girl behind the register said "Miss can you wait until I'm done ringing these people up?" I said oh Im just meeting my husband he's right there (as I point to him.) She again said no you need to wait ,as if she did not want to let me in. I just walked in anway as my husband was waving me in and sat at the table with my husband and his friends. Our waitress was excellent. There were not many people in there and there was a table next to us who we were making friends with. It was a table full of the nicest group of men. So after they were already for a hour smoking cigars that they bought, drinking the drinks that they bought they were asked to leave because they were wearing sandals. I'm just confused as to why they even let them in then? I also found it strange that it was the only table full of African Americans , we felt like it was a little racist and unfair to them so we left as well. The cigar selection is limited but what they do have is good but be ready for cigar sticker shock (not to be unexpected as it is in a casino). If I'm in the casino I would go back but certainly would not go out of my way to visit. read more

I have tried this place twice and left within minutes. First time I walked in the staff was not welcoming at all I asked questions to the staff and they were just rude and it felt like a rushed experience. It felt like their attitude was like are you buying something or not. Second time was even worse I tried taking my friend there smoke some cigars and give it a second chance but same thing again horrible but horrible customer service. As soon as we walk in to go back to the lounge in the back. One of the staff members rushed behind us with an attitude saying "where are you going? The humidor is the other way is either $10 cut fee if you have your own cigar or you have to buy a cigar from our humidor to enter the back area" which I don't mind paying but just the way he approached us and same attitude as if we weren't worthy to even be there just did not feel welcomed. It's such a nice place but with that bad and derogatory customer service not worth it in my opinion. read more
