On the day of work he came by to see if the workmen had "touch-up" paint and other accessories. They held up a bag as if it was all there. After the job was done I discovered there was no touch-up paint left with me. The satin white was a special order so I called and texted over the next several weeks to get the manufacturers paint. After a lot of excuses (several weeks worth of putting me off) he finally told me the manufacturer does not provide touch-up paint. I asked for the manufacturer's contact information and told him that I would take it from there. He refused, many times. He called me ridiculous and told me to get my own paint. And I would, but he won't give me the name of the manufacturer so that I could get the matching paint.
