When speaking to the person up front, he was chill and relaxed. He was helpful with the decision making process on the percentage of tint I wanted which I appreciated. We then agreed on a percentage and my car began to get serviced. The service took about an hour or two which is normal. Once the service was complete, I got back in my car and noticed a big splash of liquid near the inside front of my driver side door window. There were other parts within the car that also had drip stains, but this one was the most noticeable. These were dried up stains on the car which made me feel like the cleanup of the vehicle was not taken care of properly. Additionally, I recently found a bottle of the window glass cleaner underneath one of my seats which was very surprising to see. While it can be viewed as a good thing, with the weather being as hot as it was, it made me worried about the product and if that could've caused any damage under my seats. The tinting was fantastic. It's very clean, done well, and is what I expected. I'm very thankful to have the tinting done to protect against the hot weather. Thank you again to the team I really appreciate it.

When we brought the car in, it was a tiny small area, the size of a mole. After getting resin in the area, the chip looks way worse. There are whisker like lines coming out now in two different directions. I called and they said to bring the car in. So I did. They said there was nothing they could do since the resin was already in. My issue is that these whiskers or whatever the technical term for these lines on the glass were not there before the repair. And since having the repair, they are getting longer. The whiskers reflect the sun in a horrible way. The tall guy with reddish hair (name ????) was an a--hole. Excuse my language. After exchanging info with the person who hit me, I began my journey with insurance companies and on a recommendation from Molle Toyota (where I have my cars serviced) I found Hendricks. I was encouraged when I saw the Yelp reviews and made an appointment. When I arrived they did a quick assessment of the damage and then told me they'd be in touch with next steps. Now, this was mid October and I had to follow up with them several times to get any feedback on where we were at (which was annoying), and then by the time November came we had a new baby so life got pretty chaotic. They eventually got back to me mid November letting me know that they thought that the car had sustained more damage than Allstate agreed to pay for so they were asking for more money to do the fix. Since the car was still at our house, Allstate sent someone over to evaluate and luckily for us they agreed with Hendricks and we more than doubled what the insurance was initially willing to pay. I can't speak to repair work or timeliness on that front but I am very grateful for these folks as had they not challenged the quote from the insurance we wouldn't have gotten as much for our car.

For starters, this company actually did what we needed and was prompt with communication. They gave us a quote that matched our final bill, and sent someone out to measure and collect a deposit to order the necessary replacement. The whole window replacement clocked in at $300 which was around where I was expecting to pay. For Covid precautions, the guy who came in wore a mask which is pretty normal at this point. I saw a lower Yelp rating after signing on with them and was a little concerned, but nothing about my experience was bad at all. They were timely, efficient, well-priced and I'll look to them for our new house that has a window or two to replace.
