I will never return and I will make this known to the general public via social media. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience dealing with LIfelabs and I will go out of my way to go to Dynacare from now on.

The two women at the front desk were super friendly and checked me in very fast. Mercedes performed the ultrasound and she was really nice and cautious throughout the process, asking me how I was doing and telling me what what going on. Hats off to a great team!

Right from the receptionist to the technician who performed the procedure, it was a pleasant experience. The screening could not be completed right away as I need a fuller bladder. The lady very patiently offered me some water and asked me to wait in a room for half an hour. At no time did she exhibit any annoyance or lack of courtesy. She was very kind, patient and professional. I was very pleased with her, so I just wanted to put a nice word for Christina and the entire staff of this fancily. Thank you!
