Right from the receptionist to the technician who performed the procedure, it was a pleasant experience. The screening could not be completed right away as I need a fuller bladder. The lady very patiently offered me some water and asked me to wait in a room for half an hour. At no time did she exhibit any annoyance or lack of courtesy. Having had multiple ultrasounds over 3 pregnancies, I can confidently say my experience here was top notch. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Even my husband who has basically been treated as second class at every other ultrasound said he left feeling like he was valued. I can't say enough for the staff and service at STL. Wont ever go anywhere else again!

The technicians are all wonderful, kind, and respectful. I've only ever been made to feel super comfortable (even in some of the less comfortable ultrasounds). Receptionists are super nice, I've never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes and I've had all of my questions answered! A few times there have been students there as well, who are all trained very well and are being watched very closely by the technicians. The students are professional and very capable!

The X-ray I had was quick and painless. The Ultrasound technicians I've experienced are not that friendly, they treat you more like a number than a human being. They also don't seem that flexible. Recently the front desk attendant messed up on a booking time she gave me and I arrived there 30 minutes later than what the booking time should have been, the ultrasound technician refused to take me (even though it was not my fault). Further, they only do ultrasounds up until 10:45am on the days they do them.

And they charge $40 for people outer province and $25for doctor note. It's like they have never seen money before. Got signs everywhere saying cash only,don't bother the nurse or some shit.
