Women's bathroom
Kelly B.

Went for a birthday party on Sunday morning at 10:30am. The place was pretty empty, as I'm sure they'd just opened. I used the women's bathroom and was horrified. Totally dirty, absolutely no toilet paper anywhere, poop on the floor in one stall, every toilet was dirty, no paper towels, and the hand dryer was filthy and did not work. There was caution tape around 2 out of the 3 sinks. The one sink did work, and there was soap. I told the employees at the front desk, and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately, I had to use the bathroom again before leaving. Still no toilet paper, but someone had put paper towels on the back of each toilet in each stall. The trampolines themselves were fun. My son had a great time. There were several areas where the foam flooring was pulling up. I tripped on one of them. I gave 2 stars because the kids had fun jumping, but we will not be back.

Dirty hand dryer with gross puddle of water in the bottom

This place was so hit or miss for me. The good: very spacious, open, clean overall. The cons: super under staffed and poorly run. You have to fill out a waiver (don't miss it or you get sent back to do it AFTER waiting in line). Then, despite almost everyone being there for a preplanned party, you have to wait in a long line to get checked in. There were at least 10 people in line for 2 different parties and only one teen to check us in. There are a bunch of games that cost extra money plus a not so great concession area. I ordered a few items for 6.49 and given back $3 and no change, no explanation. Later went to buy a drink and Their internet went down and they told us they couldn't ring anything up until it was back up. The bathroom looked pretty clean but it smelled a bit like sewage and their hand dryer had a nasty puddle of dirty water and couple of hairs in the bottom. So cool jumping area but poorly run!

Very dirty and unkempt. The railings are broken and my son nearly fell when leaning on one. Only one of the bounce houses was blown up... the rest were deflated. The overall cleanliness of the place was grosse. Quite disappointed!

They only allow so many people in at a time & the whole process felt simple & organized. I was also a little worried it might be dirty since it's a trampoline park, but it was actually super clean!! This place is a birthday party factory and there's several bday parties at any given time here. Sometimes the check in process can take awhile so I recommend getting there a few min early and always sign the waiver ahead of time. Yesterday we got lucky and were checked in within minutes and given a pair of no slip socks. My son liked the socks so much he insisted on wearing them all day! They typically jump for an hour and then head to a party room for pizza/cake. And then once their tummies are full and they are sugared out they go and jump again. I'd personally throw up, but the kids seem to be OK with this. Yesterday parts of this place were under construction, which made the rest of it seem even more crowded (especially on a cool fall day), but there was still plenty for the kids to do. I personally prefer their Evanston location, but probably just because it's newer. Overall, very fun for kids. I would say the ideal age is 4-12. Great for bday parties or even if you want to kill a few hours on a cold or rainy day!

This may work for adult fitness, but I don't think it was good for a kid's birthday party. All of…read morethe apparatuses are way too advanced for them. It's basically parents walking around hoisting their kids onto equipment that is behind their scope, and then having to hold them. There were no organized activities, save for the dodgeball game at the end. Even then, you couldn't even hear the instructor give directions. They would be better to have microphones. Instructor didn't seem like she was enjoying herself at all (no smiling). We started out in one area and then moved onto the next. My kids were bored in 10 minutes. They therefore went back to the first area, only to have an employee scold us for going back there because "it was already cleaned for the next group." We had no idea they were getting ready for another party. Again, it would have been better to politely say in a microphone prior to moving (so all can hear) that "we are moving on to another area and to not go back to the former as it's being prepared for another group." When we got to the eating area, one of the employees was so intrusive with the bussing of the table! She kept reaching out under *everyone* to get every little wrapper, juice box or a plate that appeared finished. For the love of God! This was so aggravating and other parents noticed as well. At least twice I had to tell her that my kids weren't finished. You couldn't even set something down without fear it would be taken right away! Another thing I found rude is that the employee announced coldly that the kids "couldn't get the cupcake until their pizza was finished." What the hell? This was not enjoyable at ALL, and my 2 boys (7 and 8) did not like this place one bit. We felt shoed out the door. Suggestion: Have employees who actually interact with the kids with organized games. Employees need a microphone as well, for announcements. Smile and cease the cold and demeaning comments. When in the eating area, PLEASE let parents and children eat in peace. Clean up afterwards, not during!!

It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.
