Attended a child's birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon and it was an absolute mess. The kids had fun so that's all that matters but from an adult standpoint yikes. They were slightly understaffed so children were using certain ttrampoline areas wrong. The big slide for older kids wasn't monitored at first but then someone eventually got to their station to prevent the Littles from going down it. They actually hit capacity for the day and weren't allowing walk ins and thank goodness for that because it was crawling with so many people. Helpful tip fill out your waiver online before going because the process could take a minute if you have to wait in line. Their concession stand line took forever. The worker working it kept getting distracted by her coworkers or walking away to do who knows what. I spent 20 minutes in line to get a blue icee. The bathrooms could use a little more monitoring/cleaning. It was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere. Water all over the sink area. The party rooms are cool. They have someone that let's you into the room and sets up and is there to help with different things. Kids jump for 2hrs before the party room is available. There's plenty of parking though. But yeah Sky zone isn't for me unless I'm there for a kid's party.

Brought a small group of girls here and they absolutely loved it! I had ordered the tickets online, but one was sick. The front desk host was very courteous and even though the online order said it was non-refundable, she processed a refund. The place is pretty huge and they had a good amount of staff in the area supervising and helping kids with the zip line. It is a little bit pricier than other parks and they require you to wear only their Sky Zone socks which tacks on an additional fee. Everything was pretty clean inside and I went on a quieter day (not many other schools in the area were off - so we took adavantage) so that could be skewing my review to be more favorable. When it's time to go, they put out an announcement based upon the color of your bracelet (I don't think the girls would've left if there was no announcement help). Warning that if you are hoping to get good pictures, this is not the place unless you also pay to go in the jumping area yourself. There is construction in the center and everything is raised up so you really can't see much unless you go in there with them.

It's a fun place to jump and stretch and fly; bit expensive for a day to jump for a few hours, but I guess you can spend maybe once in a while. it is better to take a membership monthly if you come 3 times or more

Lots of parking. Make sure you go into the right doors. One building two establishment . I took my 2 year old girl here for the first time. My friend told me to scan the QR code for the waiver before you line up to pay. You can't miss it. I believe if you get there before 10 am adults are free. For kids it's $21 for hour and half of jump time(day pass) The best value is monthly pass. $42 month you can came unlimited. If you sign up for the elite membership you get 20% off of private parties and concession stand. They offer private party rooms. If your kids are old enough to run freely, they have an up stairs area where the parents can sit and have a Birds Eye view. The place is great they offer a lot of different activities such as running wall, foam pit, slide (over 5yr) , basketball/soccer and a few other things. The only thing is that the bathrooms are DIRTY. I have a daughter and I had to take her to the "men's" bathroom. Urine all over the toilet and floor. I had to wipe everything down. Toilet paper on the floor and it smelled. They should really have a family bathroom for fathers like myself or have staff clean it every hr or something

Very nice place to bring my grandson. One to two hours was enough for him since he is 3. Place was being cleaned by staff often which made me happy given the surroundings. Some of the areas were closed during cleaning which was understandable. This was a very good value and plenty of space to run and jump at 1130 on a Thursday. There was also pizza and snacks available and places for private parties.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Do adults with kids need tickets?

Only those who are jumping.

Is there a time for adults to go when there aren't many children?

Definitely during the week before 2:00. Most schools in the area get out at that time. During the weekend I'd go earlier around 8:00 to 12:00

1st time here and didn't know what to expect especially with a lot of reviews about rude service…read moreand place being unorganized but I'm so glad my daughter and I decided to give this place a try. The place itself is fairly clean. Staff at the check in was nice and explained the different pricing/packages and the rules. They have a ball pit which was really fun and adults can also go on the trampolines and ball pit area too which is great if you want to be with your kid at all times. After my little one played for a while we went to check out the food and bought some popcorn and a green apple slushy. The staff at the food counter that took our order was very friendly. I know we can all have a bad day sometimes and get overwhelmed but we really had a nice time here and I would recommend everyone to try it.

My kids and I have never been here. We were told by friends who went to the orland park location…read morethat they had all these amazing attractions my kids would love, so we went. We looked at the website for info on pricing, hours and so forth. We get to the venue, walk up to the counter to purchase the ULTIMATE (highest tier) ticket and notice a sign on the front desk that was NOT advertised on the website! 5 BIG attractions were "not working". Bowling was completely gone due to construction, dodge ball, and more. Again! None of this advertised or else I would have went elsewhere. Now the real problem starts with the staff here! This establishment got really busy with smaller kids that followed the 58" and under height requirement. Now I am all for kids of all ages enjoying spring break and what not.... Until they become reckless. There was a group of 10 boys clearly in their teens running through this place like a tornado! They were getting addressed by parent after parent after parent! They were whipping little kids in the face with balls in the ball pit, they were whipping ADULTS with these balls while trying to hit every kid in sight! They were climbing ABOVE the structures where you're clearly not supposed to go. Not only is it a danger to them but it was a danger to all of the kids they were dropping down into the ball pit on!!! When they were yelled at by adults, they'd mouth off. When we informed management for the 3rd of 4th time, (two girls that could not have been much older than the boys who were causing an issue) they were walking towards the boys giggling. Multiple parents watched this play out unfortunately. All these "handsome young men" were laying the charm on thick all while laughing, smiling and of course talking their way out of getting reprimanded... soon the managers were smiling and giggling with them and just like that! There went the managers and the boys back to terrorizing little kids and knocking everyone around in every attraction, but this time more cocky because they just got out of getting kicked out. Finally, after being confronted ANOTHER time about these teenagers, the managers were yelled at again as to why these boys were still here while still doing the same thing after hitting a mom in the face with a ball. All these moms stood by and told management to stop flirting with these boys, to do their job, and kick these boys out! The girls proceeded to do so, while having difficulty and stating numerous times, they aren't listening to them and or leaving......( Urban Air, train your management what to do in situations like this and hire older management that will be older than the people they may have to potentially kick out!!!) After 4 hours of trying to get them out, they were finally gone while yelling see you tomorrow babe to management... Next: concession stands! 1. It was spring break and this place was EXTREMELY understaffed! Always plan to be busy rather than slow and be struggling to keep up. 2. I'm sorry and don't want to assume anything but this kid with extremely curly longer hair seemed like he was stoned and or didn't know what he was doing. They were out of EVERYTHING! Spring break and NOTHING was stocked or made. He used his bare hands, he then went to make a pretzel because they were out, and fondled it so much while presenting it to a mom friend of mine, it had finger holes in it. I watched him drop someone's cheese on the ground, pick it up, and handed it right to him! Someone in front of me asked if they had popcorn and he goes "I don't know if we have any, there's non in there". The mom in front of me then asked if he could make some more and he just looked at her with confusion! I brought 3 kids here (1 being a baby) I asked a staff member where the changing tables were at and he informed me "he didn't know because they're remodeling and he doesn't know where or if they put them back up yet". None of the hand dryers were working, all the bathrooms smelt like urine & etc. Will not be coming back to this location . Higher management needs to get in here and clean this place up!

This may work for adult fitness, but I don't think it was good for a kid's birthday party. All of…read morethe apparatuses are way too advanced for them. It's basically parents walking around hoisting their kids onto equipment that is behind their scope, and then having to hold them. There were no organized activities, save for the dodgeball game at the end. Even then, you couldn't even hear the instructor give directions. They would be better to have microphones. Instructor didn't seem like she was enjoying herself at all (no smiling). We started out in one area and then moved onto the next. My kids were bored in 10 minutes. They therefore went back to the first area, only to have an employee scold us for going back there because "it was already cleaned for the next group." We had no idea they were getting ready for another party. Again, it would have been better to politely say in a microphone prior to moving (so all can hear) that "we are moving on to another area and to not go back to the former as it's being prepared for another group." When we got to the eating area, one of the employees was so intrusive with the bussing of the table! She kept reaching out under *everyone* to get every little wrapper, juice box or a plate that appeared finished. For the love of God! This was so aggravating and other parents noticed as well. At least twice I had to tell her that my kids weren't finished. You couldn't even set something down without fear it would be taken right away! Another thing I found rude is that the employee announced coldly that the kids "couldn't get the cupcake until their pizza was finished." What the hell? This was not enjoyable at ALL, and my 2 boys (7 and 8) did not like this place one bit. We felt shoed out the door. Suggestion: Have employees who actually interact with the kids with organized games. Employees need a microphone as well, for announcements. Smile and cease the cold and demeaning comments. When in the eating area, PLEASE let parents and children eat in peace. Clean up afterwards, not during!!
