What a great place! My little one goes 2-3 times a week and always find something different to explore!

This wasn't gymnastics at all, more like an indoor playground. They have a bunch of random swings, tents and balls. It just all seemed a little cheap and dirty. Like going to a yard sale, buying up cheap plastic play things and hoping to entertain kids with it. There was also a lot of "independent play" so it just seemed like a lot of wasted time and kind of boring on the parent's perspective. The other (real gymnastics class) we went to seemed a lot more structured and the time went by so fast but with this class I felt the clock stopped and we couldn't wait to get out of there. With all that being said, that was our own personal experience, maybe if someone has an older kid, or a class has multiple kids it's a fun place to let them loose, but for us with our 7 month old it was just not the right fit or what we expected. On another positive note the two girls teaching the class were super friendly, nice, and tried to be as engaging with what they had to work with. I'd say this class isn't for really small babies, maybe best for older kids on a rainy day when they can't go to a playground.

For such a basic set up, my 2.5 year old never wants to leave. The staff is also always so kind and patient, and they take the time to actually interact with my daughter, which I appreciate!

I was very excited to scope out Playroom Cafe. Playroom Café is the perfect spot for a play date/mommy coffee date, with their small cafe menu that offers coffee, small bites, milkshakes and a shockingly semi-healthy kids' food menu. The area is bright, clean and inviting, with plenty of space for adults to relax while the children explore. I love that I can see my daughter from any angle of the seating area. Solid European song selection as well, I can't even tell you how peaceful it was to not have to listen to children's music for two hours. They offer semi-private and private birthday parties and have a super cute private area to help your littles celebrate! I will definitely be adding Playroom Café to our regular rotation and for possible birthday ideas in the future.

"Playroom Cafe" is officially added to my list of children's cafes, even though it is a bit farther away from where we live. "Playroom Cafe" is located on the second floor in the Randhurst Village outdoor shopping area. The admission fee for each child is $17, with 2 adults allowed. The layout is nice and adults can supervise their kids with mostly unobstructed view while sitting down. Food offerings mirror the typical cafe items you can find in most places. Shoes are required to be off inside the cafe/play area for everyone. During our visit, we saw the staff who did a great job keeping the venue clean and things were picked up from the ground in a timely manner. They were also working on setting up a private, members-only party when we were there. Therefore, there was a plenty of people working and serving the patrons on a Saturday afternoon. Our boys had an awesome time releasing their energy and enjoyed the waffles and berry smoothie. My partner and I took turns to hang with them at the play area, which was nice to share responsilities while finding time to relax and sipping a cup of joe. We probably will be back at some point because the drive to Mount Prospect is quite long. Nevertheless, we like "Playroom Cafe" and will recommend for patents who are specifically looking for kids-centric cafes in Chicagoland.

Online, it looks like $245 for 20 kids gives you 2 hours of access, a private room, a host, and doesn't include food. You can only bring cupcakes from outside and everything else must be purchased in-house. Aside from money aspect, this place is worth a visit for your 8 and under kiddos. Here are some notes: - This place is owned by an inflatable rental company, so I would anticipate they change (or will change) the lineup regularly. That said, there are about 7 large houses and a section of 2 for toddlers. - There is a nIce selection of fried foods and pizza, at a seemingly reasonable cost, but beware of small portions!!! - The area is contained and efficient, to keep your kiddos close and safe. - The bathrooms are centrally located (again, safe) and convenient. - There are plenty of seats for adults to rest. - Parking is a little sparse, but there's some spots right next to the building at the right of the entrance. - Service and friendliness is not the best, but not terrible either. Had to edit this after trying to order food and not receiving the warmest interaction. The people here need to cheer up before they ruin the brand.

There's so many bouncy houses and so many games for the kiddos to play. I thought 11$ per child was a little steep. But, the ticket games were only 1-2 tokens each (25 cents- 50 cents) I love how they have a little toddler section and that they allow parents to bounce with their kids for free too! It's a free(ish) workout! Short Notes: *Awesome staff (very attentive) *prices were a little steep * toddler section *safe setup *close bathrooms *PARENTS GET TO BOUNCE FREE!
