He immediately realized the Ineffective greeting and rephrased his inquiry into what we were looking for. We explained what we were looking for and learned his name was Dru. We asked a lot of questions, to which he didn't know the answer to many. We got a few printouts of product we were interested in ordering. This included two $500 fans and a $3,000 industrial fan for a shop. Dru states he would contact Big Air about the larger fan as they didn't have an account with that vendor. He also stated he would come out the following week to assess our lighting needs under the shop's patio. Keep exchanged cell phone numbers. I texted him twice and never heard back. Went with Amazon. So much for supporting small, local businesses.

We chose Ferguson for our full-home remodel, purchasing all of our appliances, lighting, door and…read morecabinet hardware, and more through them. For our kitchen, we selected the GE Café line. Unfortunately, our experience with the refrigerator has been nothing short of a nightmare. In the three years we've owned it, the refrigerator has completely gone out three times. In over 40 years of homeownership, I've never had a refrigerator go out--let alone need servicing--until this one. It's clear this particular unit is a lemon, yet Ferguson has not stood behind the product they sold us. To make matters worse, there are no GE service technicians in Lubbock, TX. Service must be scheduled through Houston, and the earliest appointments are typically two weeks out. Today, after clearing my entire schedule to accommodate their 8 AM-5 PM service window, the appointment was canceled at the last minute. The first time the refrigerator failed, we were without it for eight weeks due to similar delays and lack of support. We've tried to speak with someone directly, but it's nearly impossible. Ferguson's response has been that their "hands are tied" because this is a GE issue. But their hands--and certainly not their pockets--weren't tied when we spent a significant amount of money with them. We're incredibly disappointed in both the product and the lack of accountability. This is not the level of service we expected from a company like Ferguson.

BEST SPRINKLER COMPANY IN LUBBOCK, hands down!…read more We have used so many sprinkler companies in Lubbock and always had an issue (they couldn't come quickly, even in an emergency, they overcharged, they didn't do the work correctly, you name it, we had problems) -- until we found Andy's. Specifically, we work with Freddy, who is one of their manager and crew chiefs l. Freddy is AMAZING. Over the past 3-4 years, he and his crew have repaired numerous systems for us at multiple properties. They've moved sprinkler heads, re-router water lines to our AC, installed new smart control boxes, taught us how to use and maintain the systems, and repaired just about everything that can go wrong. They're EXCELLENT at what they do. They're super responsive and get the work done quickly. And best of all -- they're GOOD GUYS. I trust Freddy completely. He's one of the best contractors in any field I've ever worked with, and we feel beyond lucky that we found him and Andy's. We wouldn't work with anyone else. THANK YOU, Freddy!!

This year the show has expanded to "over 500,000 animated lights that are synchronized to holiday music." I think there was 5 songs total including Michael Bublé's "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas." Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani's "You Make It Feel Like Christmas." Love that song. Sia's "Candy Cane Lane." Meghan Trainor's "I Believe in Santa." You'll be gently zig zagging through a parking lot. So take your time. Let them kids hang out the window. Tune into 88.7 FM. Turn it up! Dim your headlights or just turn them off. And be merry! TIP I would save on online fees by paying $30 cash per vehicle at the gate. For more info, visit https://lubbocklightpark.com/ I didn't have high expectations as I have been to several extravagant drive-thru shows in California, so it while it wasn't as large as I hoped for, it was still very well-done and fun especially curated to the music.
