River Splash is an enclosed space right next to the Anderson River Park parking lot on Hazel Drive…read more Inside the enclosed space are picnic tables and benches (two different shaded areas), and a few lounge seats with umbrellas randomly situated around the splash pad. There's also a drinking water fountain, and a restroom building with 4 pretty large and clean all-gender restrooms. Outside the enclosed area, the parking lot has several porta potties. And there are soccer fields and basketball courts right next to the water park, as well as large fields of grass, great for picnicking while also enjoying the splash pad. But be aware, there are no vending machines and no food/drinks on site (unless they have some sort of special event here). So come prepared with your own snacks. Relief from the heat! That's what this splash pad is all about. Of course the creative element, different types of fountains, and timing for each makes it fun for the kids to run around. There's even a pail in the middle that fills with water, then dumps it out for a giant splash to drench those underneath. But the splash pad is not just for kids. I ran through several times to cool down on this hot summer day in Anderson. With the 100+ degree weather all day and into the night, I'm not surprised they are open late, till 10pm. It looks pretty plain overall, but that's the beauty of it, you get wet, you cool off, you don't have to get involved with any fancy equipment... and if you go at night after dark, maybe you get to enjoy some colorful lighting as well. All of this free of cost, I think that's a pretty good deal.

We had them rockscape above our retaining wall, put a potted plant and other plants (all irrigated) with black rocks in our front planter (SO happy with this and they had us pick out the perfect pot online), road base along our driveway and side of house (a game-changer for me as I have balance and mobility issues), and irrigated plants above the retaining wall in our back yard. They had to do hard-core valve work and repair, digging with a bobcat in front to fix the irrigation. This did not increase the price from the estimate. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up. I was amazed at the quality of workmanship. Dave even came back to set the irrigation timer and show me how to do it. This was phase one of two. I definitely recommend them and we are planning to do phase two with them whenever we can save up the money for it. Having said that, due to my inexperience with landscaping, I didn't realize how little coverage there would be over the tarp in the back. Then I found out expected total coverage time to be two years. They said to look at the invoice. I'm not experienced with that sort of thing and would have requested a quote with more initial coverage and less full coverage time. Also, it was tough to get a visual ahead of time for what they're going to do in their quote. You just sort of have to trust all the positive reviews. So just make sure you ask all of your questions before putting your down-payment down. Having said that, I would definitely recommend Clifford landscaping and we plan on using their services in the future.

I pointed out to him his error's and there were several, he did NOT Correct the sub par work he performed, when going back never corrected 100% . I would NOT Recommend hiring him/Eagle Landscaping. When one hires a Company/someone to do a Job, you expect them to show up everyday at least 5 days a week till the Job is Completed and done Correctly, however that isn't how Mark, owner of Eagle Landscaping operates his Business, he'll show up one day, then not come back for nearly a week or longer, then begin work like nothings wrong, when confronted him he said to me "I have other Jobs and clients that I'm not the only Job he has going", that was Not ever mentioned or brought to my attention, so naturally I thought he'd return the next day, I called him but, he lacks communication skills, as well as performing the work hired to do correctly he doesn't return calls . He operates his Bobcat VERY FAST, with no cation taken and not only Broke something in my yard but NEVER told me he did so when I noticed I confronted him and he said oh, well "I have another one at my house new I'll give it to you", then when spinning around in his Bobcat his forks sliced open and severely Damaged a Nice Big Cactus I had planted 6 years prior, was doing Great, growing well, when I approached him about it, telling him he needed to replace it, he told me "NO, that cactus is a very resilient strong plant, it'll pull out and make it", I said that it NEVER had a hole in it I can put my fist in, he told me he wasn't going to replace it. When I walk in my front yard, I walk in rutts and holes, stepping on large rocks...it's Not flat as it should be, he has refused to do it right, and was NOT EVER INSPECTED CORRECTLY, they ALL protect each other, it's a Backwards system, that is NOT there to Protect the customer. He does NOT perform what work he is hired to do the right way, he does things his way. I told him to remove and take away allot of river rock, rather that taking it away he spred it out in the part of the yard he was to remove them, pounding them down with the bucket of his Bobcat so they were basically buried in the soil where they were to be removed. He does NOT do work the right way, he does Subpar work, want proof call me, come have a look. I HIGHLY RECOMEND NOT EVER HIGHERING THAT COMPANY.

Wonderful views of the mountains while you travel around a healthy looking pond and creek surrounded by native greenery. This park has access roads to adjacent neighborhoods which is such a great feature for them. I like to walk here and watch the sunsets, or after a rain - which brings the color and maybe a large rainbow which I have experienced!
