At our in person consultation, I met with Shannon & Adolfo, the owners. Towards the end of our 20…read moremin talk, Shannon mentioned they have a special needs, adolescent son who would be accompanying them if they came at a certain day/time. She then proceeded to ask me if it would be alright for him to use our pool. That made me uncomfortable, as it felt inappropriate and audacious to make such a request, having just met them 20 min prior. Ultimately, I chose another day in an attempt to gracefully skirt that odd request. A date and time was selected when the child would be in school. Day of service, the owner, Adolfo, left my gate wide open and my dogs got out...on our FIRST (and consequently, last) service day. I found my dogs way down the road. I'm relieved I just happened to be home and caught it within 15 min. Seriously, like 7 out 10 people have dogs!! Not securing a customers property is significantly negligent, an absolute liability nightmare. Adolfo was combative and rude when I confronted him about it. I was absolutely floored that he wasn't apologetic, AT ALL. Quite the contrary. His wife, Shannon, who answers the calls, does billing and customer service, called me & apologized on his behalf and said, "Sometimes he's just a monster!" Uhhh? Ok? I just invited a "monster" onto my property? Thanks for the heads up, Shannon. There are two, single, professional women who reside here. To be told (by the OWNERS WIFE) that the service we hired was operated by a "monster" was very unsettling. If you have dogs, a pool, a gate or are female, I would urge you to go with a different service. It's just not worth it. Obviously, my personal experience and take takeaway from this situation left me feeling like a crisis was narrowly averted.

He removed the old grass and weeds, installed the new turf, and added sand and cement around the perimeter to help prevent weeds from growing back. Everything looks clean, neat, and professionally finished. In addition to the front yard, he also removed the weeds from our backyard garden and installed decorative rocks, which gave the area a much cleaner and more polished look. We really appreciated the extra care and attention he put into the entire project. He paid attention to the details, cleaned up after the job, and the lawn looks much better than before. The turf has a nice, natural appearance, and it's great knowing we won't have to worry about mowing or constant maintenance anymore. Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Everton to anyone looking to install artificial grass or improve their landscaping.
