That is very bad business for their tow company I really liked buying parts off them probably because the guy at the desk and Blairsville he's always really cool and helpful and hell of a nice guy he's probably just surrounded by bad people and I didn't realize that this company was a predatory tow company that was going to make me go through the process that I went through of contacting the attorney general's office to get treated Fair like frieden's collision center but I'm sick of these people taking advantage of the public when they have you by the balls. First off, they sold me an older part telling me it would fit my car (I have no problem with it fitting; if it fits, it works). But the issue was that I asked for the newer part at the price that they had on their site. When I got there he said they've already cut the older part and that I had no choice but to pay and keep it at the price of the newer one. ( An old part that I could have gotten at a quarter of the price, at a location much much closer to me) Secondly, on check-out they told me things that I was not told about during the buying process. These included: 1. "You needed to give me the stock number of the car you wanted the part from" - because drawing the cuts on the car of the year I wanted AND labeling the year was not clear enough- 2. "We made the cut, so now you can't return the part" 3. "There's a 3% addition tax since you used your credit card" - Wouldn't even let me switch my card since I gave half the information through the phone (they require pre-payments) Third, they stole my gloves!
