There were some samples inside, but Giovy was kind enough to show me around outside as well, so I can view full slabs. They were getting ready for installation. The faucet we purchased ourselves at Lowe's. They work closely with another business (Balmori's Remodeling) for the actual tile work so we received a separate estimate for that. There were a couple unavoidable delays getting started but it was well worth the wait. They communicated with my spouse (since he works at home) via text, email and phone. The work took a couple days for the countertops and a couple days the following week for the tile. We are so pleased with the result! I included some pictures and would recommend them to someone wanting to do a similar project.

If there has ever been an issue with the tile or materials they have always bent over backwards to fix the problem and make me and/or my customer happy. They have super knowledgeable staff that "know" tile. They don't carry junk so expect to pay a little more than the big box stores, but the real costs in tile installation is the labor. No one would install flooring not purchased from them. Called Mike and he came out promptly to see what he was dealing with, take measurements, and sent a quote. Mike's got great crews, great product, and prices. After we installed the upstairs, Mike got the carpet in the basement (Roger did an amazing job with that install) and when we got the back room remodeled Mike leveled the floor and installed hardwood that gave the perfect finish to that room and flood recovery.
