Mr. Walsh went out to the accident site in the wee hours of the morning to access the wreckage and to help determine fault. (I've never heard of a lawyer doing this) His observations confirmed her negligence and he went full steam ahead on my case. With a complicated medical history to weed through, Mr. Walsh and his staff never got discouraged. At the end of more than a year of intense medical rehabilitation, I didn't have to face even more stress with insurance companies or outstanding medical bills. Mr Walsh and his staff took care of EVERYTHING and then some. In the end, Mr Walsh obtained an award for full policy limits of $300,000 for me. It was a miracle. I don't know why anyone would ever go to any other lawyer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I wasn't sure what to make of Mark , during our initial meeting. I looked around his office and noticed a plaque on his wall that said "100 top trial attorneys in Oregon". I believe that's what it said. I felt more comfortable in my decision making, after seeing that. I hired him, we went to court to try to plea and the assistant DA wasn't budging on a plea. We went back to court on our next and final court appearance, and it was like watching a magician at work. He had done his homework and then some. He was so prepared, that the assistant DA was left speechless and struggling to fight. She didn't stand a chance. I wasn't sure what had happened until we exited the court room. Mark explained to me what happened.......ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting a lesser charge, but Mark's hard work paid off. We also found out the fidelity bond we have had should have been increased but Ms. Moehl never informed us to do this because well we don't know why since she worked so hard on our account and billed us for work that she said she was doing. I have no email saying increase your bond. Do not recommend at all.
