The best lawyer that I know . I bought 06 ridgeline that doesn't pass DEQ & rusted underneath, that dealer doesn't disclose that to me . I ask him to fix the DEQ at least so that I can register but the dealer try to avoid me . I call a couple of lawyers and they want money first to talk to them . I sought out young for a dealership court case involving multiple victims. He seemed nice, experienced, and interested in my case. I was sold a vehicle with no title, and shoddy reconstruction from an accident. Young told me it wouldn't be worth it due to monetary limitations of the case between multiple victims. About 40 days later, I get served a copy of Young representing one of the other victims, and claiming the monetary limit of the case was incorrect, and could support multiple victims. So he flat out told me multiple lies, and left me with a fifteen thousand dollar truck that has no title, no plates, and isn't even in my name with the DMV. Don't trust this guy, he's obviously a lying weasel that cherry picks what he wants to do, and what he doesn't. Justice is not on his list. I got behind in my credit card payments after a car accident. One day I came home and there was a process server at my front door. The credit card company had hired a local lawyer and he was threatening to take my house. Was I scared! Talked to someone at legal aid and they could not help me due to the way they are funded. However, I did find Young Walgenkim, an attorney in Salem, Oregon. He came recommended by another consumer protection attorney, Bret Knewtson. I spoke with one of the partners for about an hour- liked him a lot. My case was handled by Kim Walgenkim. I was a little nervous about having the attorneys be so far away from Sandy, Oregon, my home. However Kim communicated well with my via phone and scanned email documents. My debtors wanted $10,000 from me. There were various threatening demand letters and phone calls. Kim handled the whole thing in a timely manner and I ended up paying less than $3000. SCORE! He also handled another debt of $10,000 that had been sold to a debt collection agency. They called me on the phone several times. I asked Kim to handle that as well., As soon as he called them, they disappeared from my life (YES! YES!) and did not respond to his phone calls or letters.
