He wouldn't listen to what our family wanted done. two years later and I am still here, I knew it would be a long process, I was told it would be done by May 2018. here I am November 2018 barely getting the amended and final account. Through out the process the communication between their staff was poor, almost nonexistent. Although they have received new assistants that seem to know what they are doing and have been helpful. This whole experience has been a headache and more stressful than it needed to be. He fought for me when a non-affected creditor tried to benefit from my bankruptcy and he fought for me when I was being harassed by another creditor. This was a terrible experience for me after decades of financial responsibility and he made it as minimally damaging as possible under the circumstances. To me he seems like a moral guy with high standards. I feel so very fortunate to have found him and would highly recommend him to anyone.
