Dr. Carroccia has always been very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and a caring individual. He does high quality work. He's never in a rush and answers any questions you might have.  He makes every visit stress free, pain free and enjoyable. Veronica and the font desk staff are always welcoming, polite, professional and friendly.  The dental hygienists are all very good at what they do. I can't remember all of the hygienists names but Heather in particular has a very upbeat, positive and bubbly attitude. She's always smiling. She is very caring as well, which makes for a pleasant experience.  You can tell she loves what she does and she is very good at it.  She's not the type that is there just for a job.  It takes special types of individuals to be able to work in the customer service field.  Dealing with sometimes cranky patients and still being able to keep a smile on their face and providing the best possible care.
