So I ordered 4 weeks program and splitted in two shipments. They let you pick the items not a problem without any warnings or considering block the item if in low or not in stock. You are surprised when the food comes, missed items, wrong items, foods the you did not ordered because are things you don't eat , they don't call you. They replace your items as they please, like 5 c carbonatas , 5 chicken Alfredo's you pretty much have to eat the same food half of the time. They do not allow you to reach out for supervisors or management team. The coaches have to be scheduled online and you won't be able to access anyone within 10 days. When the time comes is a regular individual without diet guidances, no questions asked, you need to ask for any or would be useless the call. The same individual send you a link and tells you look up to the program you choose and follow the instructions. The guidance is your link, not what they coach. Sme items have short expiration day, some snacks are stale like popcorns or puffs yachi. Not good you can smash them so hard they are. They also keep you credit card on file and if you don't remove the additional you had on the first order without you order again they go ahead and process you credit card again.The missed food is not replaced, the items not good are not replace, no refunds and no returns. That is a bad faith business. Hope anyone got to see this like I did. Customer service are not really caring and do not enforce corrections whatsoever. It is sad to see how can people like think they deserve to be in business.
