At times I feel she has gone above and beyond. She looks into my other non-weight related health issues to make sure what we do is supported- very thorough. I'm very grateful for the coaching and encouragement (even when it's hard to hear stuff). Their body composition and strength testing are added guidance to make sure we are making the right choices for my body. Front desk staff and office staff have been very personable and friendly. I have often recommended them and encourage anyone who is in need of a little guidance to give them a try.

I think the nutritiional information is sound, and the staff are friendly and personable. I felt welcome there and comfortable during each of my sessions. I think that if you go in with realistic expectations, and back it up with a good nutritional plan that you can stick to that this program may work for you.

I've since been back for other services, and have nothing but wonderful things to say. From the front desk to the procedure room, every person is so wonderful. I was really scared to get hair removed, but Rebecca has been amazing through the sessions. I feel completely safe having her work on me, since she's had many years of experience and training. AAY also has medical services, as well, so it isn't just a spa for massages and Botox (which they do offer). I'm seriously considering shifting my baseline medical exams to AAY, and also getting treatments for some scars. I can honestly say that while I'm getting a powerful laser zapped in my arm pits, or radiowaves evaporating broken capillaries, I wouldn't want to get it done anywhere else.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!…read more Leeanne was my gyno for many years. I've now moved out of Anchorage and have seriously considered timing my visits back just so I could still have her as my gyno. She is fabulous. The office space is great. Every room is beautiful. They don't use the paper dresses. They have real cloth gowns that you wear for your visit. The baby wipes are heated. There are candles in the bathrooms. It's so clear that they care about peoples holistic wellbeing in this space. Why didn't I give it five stars? I've had some issues with billing (all sorted out, though) and with one of the aestheticians that was less than five stars (she's no longer there). I HIGHLY recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new gyno, especially for young women going to the gyno for the first time. I've had some rough experiences seeing other gynos where I didn't feel like I was treated like a whole person. That's not the case here. I felt deeply cared for. They also have a lot of other great services. Why not get a massage right after your annual?
