Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. And you ask someone about fabrics, they point to the back of the showroom with racks and racks of fabric. The fabric is nice. Lots and lots of bolts. So I went to ask for a few yards and the man who helped me said he doesn't sell anything less than 20 yards. In fact he was pushing for me to buy an entire bolt. 100+ yards! Who needs 100 yards of green mesh? I don't have the space for that much material! He wouldn't budge. Wouldn't give me just a few yards. I had to walk away. Marched myself to Joann's and got 2 yards and saved myself $80! Sheesh!

Rather the delivery driver left with the shirts we paid for (still haven't received the shirts). I called the company to kindly explain but they also had a horrible unprofessional attitude. Very disappointing people do business like this. Rule of thumb if you're going to be upset about providing delivery services then don't offer delivery services .... I'm not sure what's so difficult about taking an elevator up to our suite. If parking is an issue we're more than happy to pay valet to keep the car in the ramp.
