I have been a client with HCM since '92. Wow... 26 years! I'm not sure how my career as an…read moreentertainer would have worked out without the WONDERFUL stylists, managers, consultants - everyone! I know that I would never have had the career that I do without having been a member of HCM/Milwaukee. (Omg... I'd be a bald guy rather than a young guy with great hair on stage - and I doubt that I would have had 4,000 bookings in all these years.... hair DOES make a difference.) HCM meticulously replicates my hair color and "cut" every 5-6 weeks (I pay extra for new hair each time I go there... but there are less expensive packages where the hair piece or "system" is revitalized and used a 2nd or 3rd time and still looks great) and they match the hair perfectly to my own hair (or whatever is left of it - very little:):):) Janet, the manager, is SO fantastic. Angela, "new clients" manager, is SO awesome. And all the stylists (I have used all of them and they are excellent) make me look so natural and - well - young lol! And, when I go to the office to get my hair done, it's like being with family. (They are the only ones who ever see me without hair so they become really special friends to me.) Remember, I have been going there for 26 years so I DO know them all for a very long time. In short, if you want hair, I would trust HCM in Milwaukee implicitly. They are SUPER with hair systems and they make me feel like my hair is natural, well-groomed and, well, that I feel a lot younger:) PS: I DO walk into the office every 5-6 weeks and see other clients sitting in the waiting room with hair that just doesn't look good... it's because they aren't good with it or don't know how to groom themselves. It takes effort and you have to make it look good each day to look your best. My hair looks SO real, flawless and natural every day because it's important to me. Don't do this if you think they will put on some hair and it will be perfect every day. Groom yourself and you will look awesome every day!

I had a hysterectomy when I was 33, This in turn forced me into an early menopause. I have been to…read moremy doctor as well as my gyneocologist as I didn't feel like me. I had my doctor check my hormone levels many times, and was told that they were all normal. I was tired, depressed, and angry all the time. For 19 years, the only thing they said to me was that what I was going thru was normal. With the recommendation from Michael Shoulders, a Patient Counselor, explained to me what NuFemme could do for me to get me out of funk that I have been in for 19 years. He listened intently to my concerns, and assured me of the care I would receive. On my first appointment I was impressed that I seemed to have a crew to see to my every need. They drew my blood to check my hormone levels, which by the way, were really all over the place. Too much of one, not enough of another, one or two that were almost not existent. They came up with a customized plan made just for me. Its been almost 2 months since that appointment, and Im starting to feel like I did in my late 20's, I laugh, smile and have a much better attitude then I did before. I don't feel depressed, and Im not angry. You don't feel like your going crazy anymore. If you don't feel like you, and you know something is wrong don't wait years or even months to do something about it. Go and Talk to Michael Shoulders, he will listen and so will everyone at the NuFemme Clinic, and make the effort to help you make the journey back to a better you with a a plan that is only for you.

The pitch that they gave me at the beginning was the promise of regular adjustments to dosage and…read morefrequency of hormones based on blood work and symptoms. This proved to be untrue. Twice I was having symptoms that would indicate low estrogen and it wasn't until I saw my primary dr. and switched back to regular hormones that the symptom stoped. My primary dr. said that hormone blood tests (that they use as the basis of their treatment) are not very accurate. You can have 3 blood tests throughout a 24hr period and it will likely show different results. Save your money.

Initial positive impression of NuMale until my year's subscription for refills ended…read more I was told, via phone, I could pick up my last doses. When I arrived I was given the meds. But then before leaving I'm told that in fact I cannot have them. But since I paid, I'm not giving them back. Now it's a standoff. I feel like I'm being kept there against my will for what I paid $2k for in advance. I have an unpleasant exchange with someone I never met or talked w prior. This guy chalks it up to to a "difference of perspective." It's not a "difference of perspective" when you tell me one thing on the phone and another in person. A foolish way, on their end, to part ways. Made the decision to not give them another $2k cash easy to make.

This was more like a sales call then a consultation…read more I scheduled a consultation for 8:00 AM for my ED. I arrived on time and was quickly escorted to an examination room. There I waited for 15 minutes for a medical tech to come in and take some blood and vitals. The medical tech was very incompetent, imho, and took over 30 minutes to draw the blood and take the vitals. He was using a portable blood pressure meter that one would use for home use to take my blood pressure, but it did not work. He tried 5 times, the cuff would not inflate, and he finally gave up and got a manual cuff. He made two attempts to draw blood, missing the first vein then kept moving the needle while barely getting it in the second vein. He left, and came back 5 minutes or so later asking some questions. He left again and came back 5 minutes or so later asking more questions. At this point I had already been in the appointment for 45 minutes and asked when I would see the "doctor" at which he replied it will be a few minutes. The "doctor" finally came in and we discussed why I was there and my symptoms. After a few moments he went into what I felt was a sales speech, telling me the three prong approach they wanted to take, testosterone pellet injection, penile injections, can prp injection for damaged tissue, all of this without even having blood work results or knowing if there was any tissue damage in the penis. He gave me a test injection in the penis, which did work, and the test results came which not surprisingly indicated I had low testosterone. He then wanted to put me on the three prong approach, without knowing if there was any tissue damage, and had the scheduling and finance person come in to talk about payments. The treatment plan would have cost over $5,000 a year. I had to leave after the appointment went over 1.5 hours to make other appointments that I had. I feel that they were trying to sell me a plan and not a consultation of what is causing my ED

Great flat iron. Clean place. That's all I can say though…read more I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday for a braiding consultation + appointment (we had agreed to do both on the same day). Precious rescheduled, claiming an emergency had come up. Which was fine. We rescheduled for the following morning. Sunday morning, when I arrrived at the hair Salon, I realized it was closed. Assuming she was on her way, I called her. EIGHT TIMES. She finally answered and she sounded really groggy and sleepy...she was still IN BED. She told me she had slept through her alarm... but to wait 20 mins for her arrival... Are you kidding me? I told her I would not wait. She was apologetic and offered my deposit back. What pissed me off even more though was she told me to go on her site to reschedule. Two stars for quality of flat iron and upkeep of place. Seemed like a civil practice during my first visit.
